The hotel was a great stay! I really enjoyed my time here—super convenient location, just a short subway ride away from Haeundae Beach and all the nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the hot summer months. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout check-in and beyond. Overall, it's an excellent value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Busan. A solid 9/10 experience!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially the staff attitude. A middle-aged female employee was very cold and unresponsive—when I asked questions, she barely acknowledged me, making the experience feel unwelcoming. The breakfast options were incredibly limited: just toast and instant noodles with no variety or quality. For a hotel in Busan, this is unacceptable. While the location is convenient—close to the subway and within walking distance of the beach and city center—the overall value doesn’t justify the price. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, but this one definitely won’t be on my list again. If they want to improve, they need to focus on both guest service and food offerings.
