The spacious room features floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views, and the bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a separate shower area and premium amenities. Dining at the rooftop restaurant was an absolute highlight—diverse menu, excellent flavors, and impeccable service from Veran, who was both friendly and efficient. From location to comfort and hospitality, everything was top-notch. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Shenyang.

With my child preparing for the college entrance exam and a packed schedule during the New Year’s holiday, we decided to take a weekend getaway to Shenyang for some much-needed relaxation. Even though the occupancy seemed higher than previous visits, the service remained top-notch—no drop in quality at all. We were especially thrilled to meet Lynn, a familiar face who greeted us with warmth and care. She upgraded our room without hesitation, included a complimentary breakfast for our child, and even arranged a late check-out until 2 PM. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. This stay was truly memorable and worth every penny. Definitely planning to return.

We were planning to just drop off our luggage, but to our delight, the hotel not only allowed early check-in but also upgraded us to a better room type—such a pleasant surprise! Later that evening, after shopping, I bought some rice wine and called to ask if there was a fridge available to store it. Instead of just saying no, the front desk sent over a little portable refrigerator courtesy of a kind staff member. It was absolutely picture-perfect. Upon check-in, staff warmly handed us personalized lucky bags and sweets—a small but thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The room was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, with soft, comfortable bedding and a handwritten New Year’s greeting tucked beside the bed—so many little details that showed real care. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the shopping district—and returning in the evening, we joined fun interactive activities in the lobby, adding to the holiday spirit. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of options, including traditional symbolic dishes like tangyuan and niangao, which really added to the celebratory mood.
