Staff are warm and attentive, though a few small improvements could elevate the experience further—offering a drink while waiting to check in would be a nice gesture, and unsealing the slippers during turndown service instead of just placing them on the floor would add a more refined touch. The HKD 500 deposit was paid in cash and refunded immediately upon checkout the next day—no hassle at all. The whole experience was smooth and professional.
