The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—something rare for someone like me who usually struggles to sleep in new places. I had no trouble falling asleep and woke up feeling refreshed. Hot water was plentiful, and cleanliness throughout the property was impressive—every corner felt meticulously maintained. Special shoutout to Xiao Ting at reception—her warm, friendly attitude made a big difference. She went above and beyond by helping me plan local attractions and answer travel questions with genuine care. The hotel is just steps away from Feangqing Park, offering a peaceful green space right outside the door. Plus, the metro station is literally around the corner, making it easy to reach North Railway Station within 30 minutes. For convenience, comfort, and excellent service, this place is a top pick. Staying here with my family was a perfect choice—the suite layout is ideal for parents and kids. My child had their own room, so no noise disturbance at all, and both rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The bathroom facilities are clean, well-maintained, and modern. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of variety, including fresh pastries, local dishes, and international options. We stayed in the room on the right side (as shown in the photo), which is easy to spot. I also checked out the gym—it’s spacious, well-equipped, and offers a great view. Overall, the hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and excellent value. Highly recommended for families visiting Xi'an.

The room itself is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a modern, futuristic vibe that really sets it apart. Check-in is seamless—just use facial recognition to enter your room, no queues, no hassle. Everything in the room, from lighting to the TV, can be controlled via voice commands—super convenient and fun to use. The staff, especially Xiao Jie at front desk, were incredibly professional and friendly, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I’ll definitely be back. Just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, getting around Xi'an is super easy. The room was clean and well-maintained, though some amenities felt a bit dated—likely over three years old—but they still work fine. The real standout is the great value for money. That said, there’s one minor downside: the bathroom fan doesn’t have its own separate switch. During winter, when you’re showering, turning on the fan causes a cold draft since there’s no heating option. And the fan is pretty loud—so quiet nights are best achieved by switching off the bathroom light (since the light and fan share the same switch). Still, these small issues don’t outweigh the benefits. For travelers who prioritize location, affordability, and ease of access, this place delivers consistently. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Xi'an Jiaotong University and close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Easy access by metro makes getting around town a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, giving our kids plenty of room to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It's the perfect spot for families looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. Definitely coming back.
