Kailai Yuexun Hotel (Shenyang North Railway Station)

I stayed here for several days while attending classes, and I have to say this hotel exceeded my expectations. We’ve been coming back to this hotel for years, and it never disappoints. With my child preparing for the college entrance exam and a packed schedule during the New Year’s holiday, we decided to take a weekend getaway to Shenyang for some much-needed relaxation. Even though the occupancy seemed higher than previous visits, the service remained top-notch—no drop in quality at all. We were especially thrilled to meet Lynn, a familiar face who greeted us with warmth and care. She upgraded our room without hesitation, included a complimentary breakfast for our child, and even arranged a late check-out until 2 PM. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. This stay was truly memorable and worth every penny. Definitely planning to return.

The hotel offers both underground and surface parking, which made arriving and leaving stress-free, especially with luggage. Housekeeping, particularly Yang Jie, was warm and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast spread was impressive—great variety with delicious options, and I must mention the signature cookies they serve at check-in—they’re soft, slightly sweet, and just perfect with coffee. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely book here again on my next visit to Shenyang. Highly recommended!

This New Year trip was made perfect by choosing the right hotel! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by an enchanting festive atmosphere—red lanterns hung all along the corridors, golden blessings adorned the walls, and the front desk was beautifully decorated with ornate citrus trees and calligraphy scrolls. It was absolutely picture-perfect. Upon check-in, staff warmly handed us personalized lucky bags and sweets—a small but thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The room was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, with soft, comfortable bedding and a handwritten New Year’s greeting tucked beside the bed—so many little details that showed real care. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the shopping district—and returning in the evening, we joined fun interactive activities in the lobby, adding to the holiday spirit. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of options, including traditional symbolic dishes like tangyuan and niangao, which really added to the celebratory mood. Every aspect of our stay—from facilities to service—was flawless. No complaints whatsoever. I’ve already recommended this place to friends, and I’ll definitely be back here for next year’s celebration!

The staff, especially ZX, was incredibly warm and welcoming—her smile made the whole experience feel personal. One little highlight? The complimentary ice cream! I brought one to try at a local spicy hot pot restaurant, and the owner recognized it right away: 'Oh, this is from the hotel!' Everyone around me turned envious—'I wish I had one too!' 住咗呢間位於中街正中央嘅玫瑰亞朵酒店，真係覺得地理位置超優越！樓下就係地鐵站出入口，搭地鐵、打車都好方便，去中街購物或者遊覽故宫都唔使走遠。冬天入住，一入房就覺到暖意融融，室溫保持在28度以上，完全唔怕冷，非常舒適。大堂又闊落，短暫休息都啱啱好。房間設計大方，空間感十足，住得開心。服務方面，跨年入住，訂咗蛋糕，前台小羊美女主動幫我放入酒店冷藏，仲熱情提供好多協助，真心感激！幾日入住期間，每位工作人員態度都好好，主動又熱心，令整體體驗加分。衛生方面，亞朵一向值得信賴，從大堂到房間都乾淨整潔，空氣中還有淡淡茶香，令人放鬆。總括而家，絕對是今次來瀋陽中街最滿意的一次住宿，下次一定再選這間！」},{

The staff, especially Xiao Nan and Xiao Sun at the front desk, were incredibly warm and attentive—always ready to help with any request. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a surprisingly fresh feel despite the hotel’s age; it’s clear they’ve put effort into keeping things modern and comfortable. The fitness center has a great variety of equipment, and I never had to wait—huge plus after a long day. The laundry room was also efficient, no lines at all. What really stood out was the view from the window—beautiful cityscape that made mornings even better. Location-wise, it’s literally steps from the subway station, making airport transfers and exploring nearby attractions super easy on foot. The only minor downside is that laundry assistance isn’t available, but every other need I had was promptly addressed. Overall, an excellent stay with great value—definitely my top pick for next time in Shenyang.

I loved how convenient it was to have food delivery brought straight to my door, whether by staff or robot service. The self-service laundry room is a huge plus for longer stays. The front desk is open 24/7, so help is always nearby if needed. Downstairs, Zhongjie Street offers endless options for eating, drinking, and exploring. Bonus: the free afternoon tea (13:00–15:00) features freshly brewed coffee and light snacks—perfect for a midday break. As a guest, I also enjoyed exclusive 20% off at Yitian Holiday Food Plaza. Everything about this hotel—from cleanliness and facilities to service and location—was top-notch. A truly memorable stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Shenyang.

Right downstairs is Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, so shopping, dining, and exploring are just steps away. The subway station is super close, making it easy to get around the city. There’s a free underground parking lot—great for travelers driving in. I especially loved the complimentary afternoon tea served on the 26th floor from 1 to 3 PM—plenty of treats and drinks to enjoy. Even grabbing a bottle of mineral water was unlimited, which was such a nice touch. When I ordered food delivery, a robot brought it straight to my room—super cool and convenient! Staff were friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the room came with a free foot bath tub—a real luxury after a long day. The TV is huge and the on-demand movie selection is extensive—all free of charge. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed. This hotel truly delivers exceptional value and comfort.
