Even with high demand at The Club Lounge, staff still offered gracious, low-bow service to members—such a nice touch. The welcome fruit and breakfast were both delicious and well-prepared. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. The Bund skyline is stunning day or night—definitely worth every moment spent by the window. I’ve already taken countless photos and can’t wait to come back. Ocean Hotel Shanghai

We booked three rooms for our family trip, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff went above and beyond—our rooms were upgraded for free, which was a wonderful surprise.
