Service was exceptional from start to finish. I arrived earlier than check-in time, and they happily accommodated me with early check-in without any hassle. Staff even helped carry my luggage up to the room and assisted again at checkout by bringing my bags down to the side entrance. Staying at Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. I truly appreciated how attentive they were, even going the extra mile to accommodate my request. The hallway attendants were friendly too, always greeting guests with a smile. At the Bay Restaurant, every team member was warm and welcoming. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered an impressive variety of dishes, with consistently high-quality food—especially the seafood and desserts, which were standout highlights. One small note: the tables were quite close together, so privacy could be limited at times. But honestly, with such a rich spread at both meals, I actually opted not to have the birthday cake brought to my room. The heartfelt birthday wishes from the hotel were more than enough for me. Overall, the accommodation, dining, and service exceeded expectations. This is a top-tier stay, and I’ll definitely be returning.

We arrived early and had to wait until 3 PM for check-in, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they gladly stored our luggage. We checked in around 8:30 PM, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. Since we were traveling with our child, we opted for a one-time use bed set for added peace of mind regarding hygiene. The HKD 500 deposit was paid in cash and refunded immediately upon checkout the next day—no hassle at all. The whole experience was smooth and professional. Location is convenient, staff are friendly, and the overall value is excellent. Definitely coming back!
