In the second room, exposed wiring was present where the light switch should be—meaning lights could only be controlled from outside the room. Inside, there was a significant amount of black mold growing along the walls. To make matters worse, all the promotional photos clearly did not reflect reality—the property appeared to still be under construction. After spending just 45 minutes at the hotel, we decided to transfer to another accommodation. The only reason this gets one star is due to the staff’s courteous attitude. We’ve requested a full refund, as the experience fell drastically short of expectations.
