Check-in service was warm and attentive (though I didn’t catch the name), and the checkout experience with Qingqing Xiao Du was smooth, efficient, and exceptionally friendly. As soon as we arrived, a staff member greeted us at the door, opened the car door, and helped with our luggage—such thoughtful hospitality! It’s clear this team goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I’ll definitely be returning.

While finding parking can be a bit tricky since access is via a logistics park gate, the overall convenience and value make up for it. The staff, especially the friendly front desk attendant Xiao Jiang, went above and beyond with warm, attentive service. Whether you're here for a group getaway with friends, a romantic escape, or a family vacation, this place truly delivers. Just a short walk from major attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill, the Two Rivers and Four Lakes area, the ancient Jingjiang Prince's Mansion, and the vibrant East-West Lane district, I found it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot—most sights were within a 15 to 30-minute stroll. The hotel’s modern design and friendly staff added to the positive vibe. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement: the USB charging ports by the bed didn’t work, the toilet flush lever was too stiff and slightly risky to operate, and hot water took quite a while to come out in the morning—this not only caused inconvenience but also wasted water. I’d also expected a complimentary fruit platter as promised, but it never arrived. Still, despite these small issues, the breakfast was satisfying with light, fresh options, and the value for money is excellent. With some upgrades—especially faster hot water delivery to save resources and reduce waste—I believe this hotel has strong potential to become one of the top choices for travelers visiting Guilin.

My sister and I visited Guilin for a weekend getaway, and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. This charming hotel sits right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Li River—our room had an unbeatable riverside view, perfect for morning jogs along the bank. The entire property was beautifully decorated with a festive Christmas vibe that added such warmth to our stay. The room itself was spotless and immaculately clean—hygiene was never a concern. When I went to use the self-service laundry the next day, it was already full. Instead of waiting, the staff member kindly offered me a spot and even took care of the laundry for me. When it was done, my clothes were returned neatly folded and packed—such a thoughtful touch! The service was incredibly prompt and genuinely welcoming. As a food lover, I was thrilled by the dining options: breakfast featured fresh, crisp ice lettuce—my absolute favorite. Lunch and dinner offered creative, locally inspired dishes with excellent flavor and presentation. Every meal felt special. This hotel exceeded all expectations—highly recommend for anyone visiting Guilin.

The front desk staff went above and beyond by upgrading me to a larger room at no extra cost, and the welcome snack was a delightful surprise: not just regular mint candies, but chewy hawthorn slices and little sesame twists—my kids were thrilled! The location is perfect—just 3 bus stops to Elephant Trunk Hill, 1 stop to the Jingjiang Prince's Mansion, and only 6 stops to Guilin North Railway Station. Taxis never cost more than $20, making it super convenient for travelers on a budget. This hotel delivers an excellent balance of comfort, service, and value—definitely a top pick if you're visiting Guilin.
