Even though we couldn’t get it fixed immediately, she made sure we were moved to a new room the next day with zero hassle. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. We also loved having a bar right on property—it added such a nice touch for relaxing evenings. This hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Definitely a top choice for future visits.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff member at the crosswalk greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home—though I’m sorry I can’t recall her name, her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. The messages we received were packed with useful information, making our trip stress-free and well-organized. This getaway was exactly what we needed—a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service. Would highly recommend and definitely plan to return.

Staying at Tidewater by Book That Condo was a fantastic experience. The unit (2014) offered more than enough space with two bedrooms, each featuring private bathrooms, plus a sofa sleeper and a bunk area—perfect for families or groups. There’s even a third bathroom, which made mornings much smoother. The balcony was spacious and ideal for relaxing with a coffee while enjoying the ocean view. Being directly on the beach and just a short walk to the pier made everything so convenient. The only minor note is that the elevators were a bit slow, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. Every amenity felt thoughtfully included—like coming home, but better. If we ever get back to Panama City Beach, this will be our first choice again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, location, and value.
