We stayed at this hotel for a week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing ocean view—waking up to the sound of waves was pure bliss. The room was enormous, with three separate showers, three toilets, and three sinks—finally, we could all use the bathroom or shower at the same time! The front desk agent was incredibly friendly, gave us great local tips, and even brought us a set of five warm, clean towels. The housekeeping team was just as helpful and attentive—some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time. The pool was beautiful, and the zero-entry design was perfect for our kids to splash around safely. Plus, the location couldn’t be better: just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach via a private path with a crosswalk. We loved that. One small note—the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but they did share info about three nearby restaurants where guests could get a discount. And honestly, there are so many amazing dining spots within walking distance that we ended up trying several anyway. The only thing needing attention were the basketball courts—nets were torn and the balls needed air—but we still had fun playing. Overall, this place is absolutely perfect. It’s now our go-to hotel whenever we visit Panama City, FL. If only we’d known about it sooner!
Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff member at the crosswalk greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home—though I’m sorry I can’t recall her name, her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. The messages we received were packed with useful information, making our trip stress-free and well-organized. This getaway was exactly what we needed—a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service. Would highly recommend and definitely plan to return.

The condo was perfect for enjoying the Jazz Fest, exploring nearby shops, and heading straight to the beach—everything was within easy reach. Staying at Tidewater by Book That Condo was a fantastic experience. The unit (2014) offered more than enough space with two bedrooms, each featuring private bathrooms, plus a sofa sleeper and a bunk area—perfect for families or groups. There’s even a third bathroom, which made mornings much smoother. The balcony was spacious and ideal for relaxing with a coffee while enjoying the ocean view. Being directly on the beach and just a short walk to the pier made everything so convenient. The only minor note is that the elevators were a bit slow, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. Every amenity felt thoughtfully included—like coming home, but better. If we ever get back to Panama City Beach, this will be our first choice again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, location, and value.
