The condo was absolutely beautiful—exactly as shown in the photos, with a clean, modern feel and plenty of space. While the resort area could use a little updating, like fresh paint and a bit of touch-up on the door frame, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. What really stood out was the seamless communication through the app—quick responses and helpful support throughout our stay. Location-wise, it’s super convenient: we walked to mini-golf, local shops, and even Walmart was right across the street—perfect for grabbing essentials. And let’s talk about the pools—five of them! We spent hours enjoying the water, never had to wait for a spot, and loved how spacious and well-maintained they were. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value. Would definitely book again.

Even though my room didn’t have a direct view of the Gulf, it was just a short walk to the pedestrian bridge leading straight to the beach—super convenient. If I didn’t feel like walking, there were complimentary gulf cart shuttles available to take me right there. The convenience and thoughtful touches made a big difference. I was genuinely happy with the stay and would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property—location is fantastic, right on the beach with easy access to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. That said, the kitchen and bathrooms definitely need some updating. The stove is quite old and gave off a strong burning smell while cooking, which was concerning. The bathroom tiles also looked dingy and could use a deeper clean—more bleach and Tilex would go a long way. Maintenance issues like these can impact the overall experience, but the beachfront setting and good value make it worth considering again. Would return if improvements are made.

The property is perfectly located—just a short walk from the beach and super convenient for exploring the area. The views are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and the large pool area is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. While the building’s exterior could use a little more upkeep, it’s not a dealbreaker—especially since this was our third stay. We keep coming back because of the amazing pool experience and breathtaking ocean views. It’s become our go-to spot for a peaceful, scenic getaway, and we’d definitely return again.

I’ve read a lot of reviews lately and wanted to clarify something important—each unit is individually owned and managed by different companies, so it’s crucial to check reviews specifically for the unit you’re interested in. We’ve stayed multiple times in Unit 705, and every visit has been flawless. The space is generously sized, spotless, and packed with thoughtful extras you don’t usually find elsewhere: beach chair service, an Xbox, board games, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. The beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep after a day at the beach. The balcony is huge and perfect for relaxing with the whole family, whether sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset. What really stands out is that the management team is onsite—so if anything comes up (like when we accidentally left the door code inside), they resolved it within minutes. It feels less like a rental and more like a home away from home. We’re already planning our next trip here this year—it truly is our favorite getaway.

The management team does an outstanding job, often already on-site before tourists even begin their day. Their dedication shows in every detail. It’s not just a resort—it’s a community. For full-time homeowners like me, it’s more than a getaway; it’s where we live, grow, and create memories. Ongoing upgrades continue to enhance the property, making it even better each year. If you’re visiting or considering a stay, treat this place with care—as if it were your own. You’ll appreciate everything it offers.

The stay was fantastic overall! The only minor downside was the wait for the elevators, but everything else exceeded expectations. There are two pools and a hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Pool towels were provided, which is a nice touch. On-site amenities include a restaurant, a Tiki bar, and a convenience store—everything you need is right there. There’s also a small gym if you want to squeeze in a quick workout. It’s super close to Panama City’s restaurants and attractions, making it easy to enjoy the local vibe without needing to drive far. Security on property is solid, so you feel safe at all times. A few more elevators would definitely improve the experience, but otherwise, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Twin Palms by Book That Condo
So glad we made the last-minute switch! Our original plan was to stay at a different property, but after seeing some less-than-stellar reviews post-booking, we quickly canceled and rebooked here instead. Best decision ever! The Twin Palms unit we ended up in was fantastic—two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony with plenty of seating. We even played cards outside on our first night, which was such a nice touch. The master bathroom was a real highlight—I absolutely loved it! Just wish there were dimmable lights since the brightness was a bit intense. Calling the office was tricky; the phone system needs some work so guests can actually reach someone. That said, emails got prompt responses, which helped a lot. Overall, an amazing stay—we’ll definitely be back!
