So glad we made the last-minute switch! The Twin Palms unit we ended up in was fantastic—two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony with plenty of seating. Just wish there were dimmable lights since the brightness was a bit intense. Calling the office was tricky; the phone system needs some work so guests can actually reach someone. That said, emails got prompt responses, which helped a lot. Overall, an amazing stay—we’ll definitely be back!
