What stood out most was how close it was to the subway station; getting to various attractions was incredibly convenient. On the day we visited Dujiangyan, taking the high-speed train was easy—we reached the station by subway in under 20 minutes. Coming back, our taxi driver mentioned the hotel is located right on Chengdu’s 2.5 ring road, which confirms its great central location. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yang, were exceptionally warm and attentive, going the extra mile to help with any request. The only minor issue was one window not closing fully, which led to a mosquito bite on my child—but the team responded immediately the next day by sending over an electric mosquito repellent. My kid loved the breakfast options, especially the noodles, and even said they’d want to stay here again. With the great location, friendly service, and solid value, this hotel is definitely worth recommending.

She personally arranged a spacious room for me and even took extra care to ensure my safety, which made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect: just steps away from a metro station, and right next to a lively local food street. I could grab delicious street food or head out for sightseeing without any hassle. Everything was so convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my visit and can’t wait to come back—this place has already earned a permanent spot on my travel list.

Millennium Hotel Chengdu

Staying at Millennium Hotel Chengdu (South Station Branch) was a great experience overall. The room I booked was a scenic view room with plenty of space, and the view across the street to Xianshentree Park was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning light or evening city views. However, the windows were completely non-operable, which made ventilation an issue. I understand safety concerns due to the high floor level, but allowing a small opening would be much more practical than having no airflow at all. The staff were excellent—especially the concierge who helped me collect my package, saving me a lot of time. For food delivery, unfortunately, you have to go downstairs yourself to pick it up; a robot delivery service would be a nice upgrade. The laundry room only has one dryer, which became a major bottleneck during peak holiday periods—adding another unit would make a big difference. On the hygiene side, there’s room for improvement: no trash bags in any of the bins, making them uncomfortable to use, and there were stubborn stains on the bathroom floor that weren’t visible until I moved the carpet accidentally. Despite these minor issues, the hotel met my expectations. Great location, good value, and I’d definitely choose this place again when visiting Chengdu.

Renhe Spring Hotel

Honestly, I was blown away! We originally booked just one night, but after checking in, we extended for two more nights—so much so that we ended up staying five nights total. The room was spacious and well-designed: the bathroom and walk-in closet were generously sized, with a large desk, a cozy double sofa, and a coffee table perfect for family meals or just relaxing with tea. Everything felt clean and well-maintained—the light-colored carpet looked pristine, no odors at all. As a parent traveling with kids, this kind of hygiene and freshness is everything. The service was exceptional too, especially from Yang Shuang at reception. She noticed we had children right away and immediately gifted us a panda plushie, upgraded our room, and even provided complimentary breakfast for the little ones. It was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids absolutely loved it, and the breakfast spread was fantastic—especially the dan dan noodles, which became a daily must-have. The location couldn’t be better: just 20 meters from the subway station, making travel around Chengdu super easy. A short taxi ride to the airport (about 30 minutes) was affordable, and attractions like Du Fu’s Thatched Cottage were just a few hundred meters away. Right outside the hotel, you’ve got shopping options including Starbucks, a great Sichuan restaurant, luxury brands like Rolex, and more—great taste, great convenience. This trip to Chengdu was unforgettable, and the Renhe Spring Hotel made it even better. Even with a 4:30 AM flight, they happily granted us a late check-out until 2 PM—such a relief! I’ll definitely be back.

Guanyin Yiyuntai Hotel Chengdu

From check-in to check-out, every moment of my stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors—just a fresh, inviting atmosphere. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The front desk staff, Rora and Amy, were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—always smiling and going the extra mile. Breakfast was a highlight: an impressive variety of both Western and Chinese options, all made with fresh ingredients and excellent taste. I couldn’t decide what to try first—it felt like a feast! The hotel is perfectly located just steps from shopping districts and major attractions, and public transportation is super convenient. The overall ambiance is serene and elegant, with a high-end lobby design that sets the tone for a peaceful, luxurious stay. It’s clear this place cares about guest experience at every level. A truly memorable stay—I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Chengdu Runbang International Hotel (Jinsha Museum Yipintianxia Double Subway Station)

I absolutely loved my stay at Chengdu Runbang International Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk from two subway stations, making it super easy to explore Jinsha Museum and Yipintianxia. The hotel has a charming vintage-style design with modern amenities throughout, and the room was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was the exceptional service—when we accidentally forgot to request chopsticks with our takeout, I called the front desk and within minutes, staff member Xiao Wang personally delivered them. Such attention to detail made a huge difference. The overall experience was seamless, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chengdu. It’s a fantastic value and definitely worth staying again.
