The front desk team on the 25th floor was exceptional—especially the young gentleman who helped me and my daughter check in to the 29th floor without any hassle. On checkout, he even surprised my daughter with a little horse keychain, which she absolutely loved. Such thoughtful touches made the stay feel personal and warm. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. Right next to Guo Da City Plaza, where there are tons of dining options—from street food to fine restaurants. I picked up a fun blind box for my daughter there, and she couldn’t stop smiling. Nearby is the famous Wulin Night Market, perfect for evening strolls and local snacks. Getting around is super easy: just a short walk to the 188 bus stop. From there, you can take a bus to Yuefu Station, visit the Yue Wang Temple, then hop on a boat to Three Pools Mirroring the Moon, followed by a scenic ride to Hua Gang View Fish Pier. From there, it’s a pleasant walk to Leifeng Pagoda. Afterward, catching the West Lake Outer Bus line (with one transfer) brings you right back to the hotel. For a trip to Lingyin Temple, just take a taxi to Huanglong Sports Center or Xixi 608, then catch the free shuttle bus—super convenient. Everything is within reach, making this hotel an ideal base for discovering Hangzhou. I’d definitely come back.
