Waiting Century Hotel (Shanghai Jing'an Railway Station)

I recently stayed at Waiting Century Hotel (Shanghai Jing'an Railway Station) for a business trip, and the experience was excellent. The room had great soundproofing—no noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway—and there were no unpleasant odors. Every corner was spotlessly clean, which made me feel very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond; especially front desk agent Xiao Shi, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. She even offered hot coffee and water—small touches that made a big difference. On-site, there’s a 24-hour self-service laundry room with detergent pods, perfect for longer stays. The fitness center is well-equipped and inviting, making it easy to stay active during my trip. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value, comfort, and service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to colleagues.
