It was terrifying and completely unacceptable for a family with young kids. What made it worse was the management's lack of response—they offered no solutions, showed no concern, and left us struggling alone with distressed children. While the villa has charm and good potential, the absence of basic maintenance and accountability turned what should’ve been a dream holiday into a nightmare.
