Staying in a room with an excellent view truly lifted my mood—every morning felt like a fresh start with the cityscape right outside the window. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a dedicated Indian section that offered authentic flavors I hadn’t experienced before. It’s rare to find such thoughtful details at a hotel. Staff were attentive and warm, the ambiance was clean and inviting, and the location made exploring Saigon effortless—just a short walk to great restaurants and local gems. For the quality, comfort, and unique touches, this place delivers far beyond expectations. Definitely worth every penny and a top pick for any visit to Ho Chi Minh City.
Staying at SOHO Residence & Hotel was an absolute delight. The room was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed—comfortable bed, modern amenities, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect—just a short walk to major attractions and great transport links, making exploring the city super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was so impressed by the overall quality and value that I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. A top-tier experience!
This apartment is an absolute gem! Located just a short walk from the city center, it's incredibly convenient for exploring Saigon. The place is spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with modern touches. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable the room felt right from arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. What stood out most was the value for money—excellent quality at a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Would definitely come back!
The hotel is a bit tricky to locate at first glance, so I’d recommend using Google Maps with the exact coordinates (10.7593278, 106.6880229) for best results. It’s about a 1.2km walk from Ben Thanh Walking Street—roughly a 15-minute stroll—which is perfect because it keeps you close to the action but far enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. I stayed on the 8th floor, and while there’s some traffic noise from the main road below, it didn’t disturb my rest at all. The lobby is clean, well-air-conditioned, and staff are genuinely welcoming—Vin and Zui even greeted me with a refreshing glass of iced tea upon arrival, which set a great tone for my stay. The room itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed: a large flat-screen TV offers Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and local channels; the king-sized bed is incredibly comfortable, and the double wardrobe has ample space. Two plush tub chairs with cushions make relaxing easy, and a small table adds convenience. The bathroom comes with two large towels, two smaller ones, and all the essentials—shampoo, soap dispensers, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and even earbuds. There’s also a kettle, free bottled water, and snacks like noodles (20,000 VND), plus a fridge stocked with beer (30,000 VND), cola (20,000 VND), and extra water (10,000 VND). A hairdryer is included too. Everything was spotless—no dust, no grime, just pristine cleanliness throughout. One highlight? Free laundry service—so convenient! Breakfast was excellent, served between 7:00 and 9:00 AM: coffee, tea, squash, chocolate crepes, omelets, and fresh fruit—all delicious and satisfying. I’ve stayed in nearly seven different hotels in Saigon before, and I only write reviews when something is truly outstanding or seriously disappointing. This one? Exceptionally good. The combination of cleanliness, modern amenities, top-tier service, and warm, caring staff makes it stand out. They don’t just want you to check in—they genuinely care about your experience and are invested in making things better. That kind of hospitality doesn’t come often. Thank you for making my stay not just pleasant, but memorable.
This hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring Phnom Penh! The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance, and public transit makes getting around a breeze. The room was spotless, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. It’s clear they care about guest experience. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city—great value, excellent service, and a wonderful stay overall!
Staying at An Corner - Soho Residence Service Apartment was a fantastic experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the city from the balcony—perfect for relaxing in the morning with a cup of coffee. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, going out of her way to assist with booking a taxi to the airport. Her warm hospitality made the entire stay feel personal and welcoming. The location is convenient, and everything about the property felt thoughtfully designed. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City—it’s a true gem.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the location was super convenient—definitely a place I’d love to stay again! That said, the front desk wasn’t always staffed, which made things a bit tricky. While they allowed luggage storage, it’s kept in an open area with no security, so there’s no guarantee it’s safe. A more secure or enclosed storage option would have made the experience much better.
I’ve stayed at Windsor Plaza Hotel for three consecutive Christmas seasons in Ho Chi Minh City, and it’s become my go-to choice. The location is fantastic—right across from Ben Thanh Market, so shopping for local snacks or souvenirs is super easy. Plus, there’s a 7-Eleven right outside the front door, which is super convenient when you’re tired or want a late-night snack. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making check-in and daily interactions a breeze. The room is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room to move around—definitely more than expected for the price. It’s such a great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip. This hotel has truly become part of my Christmas tradition in Ho Chi Minh City.
Staying at Hotel Nikko Saigon was an absolute highlight of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, fresh juices, coffee, tea, and even whole coconut water straight from the nut! I highly recommend adding breakfast when booking; it’s worth every penny. The room itself was spacious and flooded with natural light, making it feel airy and welcoming. They offer multiple pillow options for different comfort levels—perfect for mixed sleepers in a family. Unlimited bottled water is a game-changer—no more running to convenience stores during hot days. Cleanliness was top-notch too: twice-daily housekeeping, and thanks to air purifiers and subtle scent diffusers, there was zero musty smell—something common in many Southeast Asian hotels. My family member with allergies didn’t have any issues, which was a big relief. But the real standout? The service. From the moment we arrived, staff went above and beyond. Vincent at reception handled everything—from currency exchange and water delivery to helping us track down Grab food orders—with patience and genuine warmth, even when I know I might’ve been a bit of a hassle. Other team members were equally professional, fluent in English, and always ready to assist. What really impressed me was the dedicated staff at the entrance—they opened doors, checked seats for forgotten items, and responded instantly—within seconds of touching luggage, they were already taking it over. Even when I pulled out my phone to take a selfie, someone was already asking if they could help. This level of attentiveness and foresight makes this hotel one of the best experiences I’ve had in Ho Chi Minh City. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality, this is the place to stay.
The stay exceeded all my expectations. The room was thoughtfully designed with high-quality bedding, elegant furniture, and top-notch appliances—every detail showed the hotel’s commitment to comfort and luxury. What stood out most was the pool: quiet, clean, and rarely crowded, making it perfect for a relaxing swim. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and kept in excellent condition—ideal for staying active during the trip. My kids absolutely loved the children’s play area—it’s safe, engaging, and full of fun activities, giving me peace of mind while enjoying some downtime. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, the service was attentive without being intrusive. It’s clear that Pullman Saigon Centre pays attention to every little thing. I’ll definitely come back next time—I can’t recommend this hotel enough for travelers looking for a premium yet welcoming experience.
I had an amazing stay at Chau Apartments! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short ride away from Ben Thanh Market and Takashimaya Vietnam. I used Grab Bike to get around, and it was fast and hassle-free. There are 7-Eleven and GS25 convenience stores right nearby, so grabbing snacks or essentials is super easy. The apartment itself is well-equipped with a free pool and Netflix access—perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. This place offers excellent value and made my trip to Ho Chi Minh City truly enjoyable. I’d definitely book again and recommend it to fellow travelers.
The apartment itself is fantastic — spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a family or group of friends. The pool and gym are great amenities and well-maintained. However, the communication and on-site support were a major letdown. I reached out multiple times before arrival regarding early check-in and luggage storage, but nothing was prepared when we arrived. There’s no front desk or reception staff on site — just security who weren’t helpful and seemed unapproachable. We waited over three hours just to get checked in, and during that time, it felt like we might have been scammed because we couldn’t reach anyone. After staying for four nights, we wanted to leave some bags behind briefly, but were denied even a short window. It’s disappointing given how good the unit is. That said, once you’re inside, the space is definitely worth it. I’d still recommend this place if you’re okay with handling everything independently. Just plan ahead: don’t expect early check-ins, and be ready to manage your own luggage after checkout. Clear communication upfront can save a lot of stress.
