Dream Midtown by Hyatt

The location of Dream Midtown by Hyatt is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Manhattan. I was just a short walk away from MoMA, and it was so convenient to explore on foot. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it to Rockefeller Center due to the rain, which felt like a missed opportunity given how perfect the hotel’s location is. But that didn’t take away from the overall experience. The hotel itself is sleek, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with great attention to detail and friendly staff. Being so close to major attractions makes getting around the city a breeze—whether you're taking the subway or walking. This place offers amazing value for money and delivers exactly what you’d expect from a Hyatt property. If you’re visiting New York, this is definitely a top pick.

Dream Downtown by Hyatt

The stay was quite disappointing this time. From 7 a.m. onward, there was constant traffic congestion outside, with cars honking nonstop—really disruptive. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff were extremely loud: slamming doors and talking loudly throughout the morning. It ruined any chance of peace or rest. While the view from the balcony was pleasant, it couldn’t make up for the noisy and stressful environment. The hotel should definitely improve noise management, especially during early hours. Otherwise, it’s hard to imagine returning or recommending it to others.

The Peninsula New York

Among three high-end hotels in New York with similar price points and well-known reputations, the other two fell far short of their five-star billing—definitely a disappointment. But The Peninsula New York? Absolutely worth every penny. The room was spacious, beautifully designed with timeless elegance and artistic touches throughout. Modern smart amenities made everything seamless, and the service—from front desk to in-room staff—was consistently attentive, professional, and warm. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This isn’t just a luxury stay; it’s an experience that lives up to its legendary name. If you’re visiting NYC, this is where you should stay.

Mandarin Oriental New York

Staying at the Mandarin Oriental in New York was an absolute highlight among all the properties I've visited. Unlike some of the more traditional or compact locations like the one in Milan, this one stands out with its sleek, modern high-rise design and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Hudson River—views that are simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. The room, while not huge, is thoughtfully designed with excellent functionality and luxurious touches throughout. Being just steps away from Central Park makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city—whether you're heading to museums, shopping districts, or Broadway shows, everything is within easy reach. The location, service, and overall atmosphere make this a top-tier choice. It's not just a hotel; it's a true urban retreat. Definitely worth every penny.

Park Hyatt New York

After staying at countless hotels in New York, this Park Hyatt stands out as one of the most satisfying experiences I've had recently. The modern design is both elegant and comfortable—especially the heated floors, which made a huge difference during the colder months. The sunlit swimming pool area is fantastic; relaxing by the water with natural light streaming in was pure bliss. The only minor drawback is the lack of a dry sauna and a faint plastic smell in the gym area, but these are small issues in an otherwise top-tier property. Location-wise, while it’s not directly adjacent to a subway station, everything you’d want—restaurants, shopping, transit—is within easy walking distance. The convenience, combined with the high level of service and thoughtful touches, makes this a truly exceptional stay. If you're looking for a refined, comfortable base in Manhattan, this hotel delivers on every front.

Equinox Hotel New York

Staying at the Equinox Hotel in Hudson Square was an absolute delight. The amenities are top-notch, especially the spa — serene, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. I treated myself to a full-body massage, and every detail, from the calming ambiance to the high-quality products used, made it feel like a true escape. The rooms are sleek and modern, with plush bedding that guaranteed a restful night’s sleep. I also loved how central the location is — just a short subway ride away from Midtown and Times Square. Easy access to everything without sacrificing comfort. This place offers incredible value for the quality, and I’ll definitely be back.

Four Seasons Hotel New York

Staying at the Four Seasons Hotel near Central Park was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with care and elegance. Special thanks to Christina G. for her exceptional support—she went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. My 13-year-old daughter was surprised with a thoughtful birthday gesture that truly touched us all. The staff even arranged a private town car ride around the city, adding a personal touch to our experience. The guest rooms boast breathtaking views of Central Park, making every morning a delight. The level of service, the ambiance, and the overall attention to detail were outstanding. This is more than just a hotel—it’s a true home away from home. I’ll definitely be returning.

The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, New York

The Pierre truly exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. While the restaurant menu prices were on the high side (a simple chicken salad with truffle fries and iced tea came to $90 before tip), it’s understandable given the location and upscale setting. That said, the real issue was the air conditioning malfunctioning during our visit—our room climbed to a sweltering 88°F, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We had to keep the windows open, which brought in a lot of city noise. The manager heard about our discomfort and responded with a thoughtful discount on our room rate—a gesture that really made up for the inconvenience. Despite the minor setbacks, the overall experience was outstanding. The location is unbeatable—steps away from shopping, dining, and public transit. The atmosphere, elegance, and level of service are top-tier. I’d absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in New York.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Empire State Building, and you're also close to Koreatown with its vibrant food scene. I loved wandering around and discovering authentic street food, including some amazing Xi'an-style snacks just steps away from the hotel. The room was sleek, clean, and well-designed, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. Friendly staff, great vibe, and perfect for exploring Manhattan on foot. If you're looking for a convenient, stylish base in NYC, this is the place to stay.

Staying at The Fifth Avenue Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. Located just steps away from the heart of Manhattan, everything is so accessible—shopping, dining, and entertainment are all within walking distance. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a modern touch that made it feel like home. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service. They were always ready to help, whether it was recommending local spots or assisting with luggage. It’s clear this hotel values guest experience deeply. With its unbeatable location, top-notch comfort, and outstanding hospitality, this place offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

Baccarat Hotel New York

Staying at the Baccarat Hotel New York was an absolute delight. The room, while not oversized, is beautifully designed with a refined aesthetic and excellent attention to detail. What really stood out was the spacious bathroom—luxurious and well-appointed, making every morning routine feel like a treat. The Dyson hairdryer and premium toiletries added that extra touch of sophistication. Housekeeping was impeccable—rooms were tidied twice daily, and the nightly macarons delivered by staff were such a charming surprise. Breakfast was exceptional: fresh, abundant, and delicious, especially the fluffy pancakes with perfect crisp edges. Located in a prime spot, it’s easy to explore Manhattan via subway or on foot. The level of service and luxury here makes this stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a high-end experience without compromise, this hotel is absolutely worth it.
