Staying at Jin Hai Hua LOHAS Huayu Dongfang Hotel was an absolute delight! The room came with a wine opener and crystal glasses—such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel extra special. The entire property has a subtle, pleasant fragrance throughout, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The view from the window is breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of nature and cityscape. I was upgraded to a higher room for free, which was a lovely surprise. Even better? There was a tiny dog living in the adjacent room—adorable and so full of personality! The only minor hiccup was with the screen mirroring feature; it wasn’t clear which room the signal was coming from, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall amazing stay. This hotel offers incredible value and charm—definitely one of my top picks in Suzhou!

During the New Year holiday period, despite the busy schedule, staff across all departments—from front desk to housekeeping and dining—maintained excellent service attitude and professionalism, truly reflecting Pullman’s high standards under Accor’s management. A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

I was upgraded from a standard king room to a spacious suite, which was both clean and well-designed. The bathtub even came with a cover for a relaxing soak. The staff, especially our host Xiao Xie, went above and beyond—welcome fruit, quick delivery of extra toiletries for my kids (including toothbrushes and slippers), and a personalized travel guide that made planning our day trips so easy. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely welcoming home away from home. Highly recommended.

Inside the room, all amenities were top-notch—fridge, washing machine, microwave—all clean and well-maintained (even though I didn’t use them, I did check them out, and they looked brand new). On my check-out day, when my friend and I were still out exploring and couldn’t make it back in time, they kindly extended our checkout to 4 PM without any hassle. That little extra flexibility made all the difference! The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I especially loved the hot porridge and freshly baked bread. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly—from the air conditioning to the TV and mini-fridge. Staff responded quickly whenever I needed something, which added to the overall ease of the stay.
