When I mentioned the breakfast queue, they didn’t brush it off—they listened, responded with kindness, and even offered my child softer candy for easier eating. That kind of thoughtful touch made me feel truly seen as a parent. The daytime supervisor was equally accommodating when I asked for a half-hour late check-out—no hesitation, just a friendly yes. Needing help getting to nearby attractions? The staff at the front desk went above and beyond, researching routes to save us from wasted time and wrong turns. They genuinely cared about our comfort. Cleanliness stood out too—every corner felt well-maintained, down to the smallest detail. The breakfast spread was impressive, with chefs cooking noodles by hand while also making dumplings on the side—such efficient, energetic service that reminded me of Hong Kong’s fast-paced spirit. It’s rare to see such hustle and heart in a hotel setting. And the environment? Absolutely peaceful and beautifully designed, complete with a wish tree—a unique feature most hotels don’t have. Located near a golf course, it’s perfect for those seeking tranquility. This team isn’t just professional—they’re passionate. If the owner knows how lucky he is to have such dedicated people working for him, he should be proud. A truly exceptional stay.
