The residence completely exceeded my expectations—and those of my family. The apartments were spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with plush beds that made for a restful night's sleep. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Located just a 5-minute walk from the National Museum and about 15 minutes on foot to the Old Town Center, it’s an ideal base for exploring Prague. Everything—from the cleanliness to the location and service—was outstanding. A definite must-book if you're visiting the city. Highly recommended!
The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, located in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to most attractions on foot. Public transportation, including trams, was convenient and frequent. The only downside was the noise from the busy street outside—earplugs are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the check-in process wasn’t smooth: no information was sent ahead of time, so I had to call to find out where to pick up the keys. Also, the key collection point closed at 11 PM, and it would’ve been helpful to know it was closing soon after arrival. Despite these hiccups, the apartment itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and stylish. I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Prague.
Staying at Residence U Mecenáše was an absolute delight! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived—offering warm greetings, assisting with luggage, and providing useful tips about nearby attractions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you’d need, including kitchenware and essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home, making it easy to settle in right away. Best of all, it’s just a 10-minute walk from major sights like Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, so exploring the city on foot was effortless and enjoyable. Public transport is also nearby, adding to the convenience. With its prime location, excellent service, and top-notch amenities, this place offers amazing value. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
The Residence Trafick is a fantastic choice—spacious, well-lit, and very comfortable for both short stays and longer visits. I’d definitely try a room with a large balcony next time; it would make the experience even better. Breakfast was excellent—variety and quality were top-notch, served buffet-style with fresh options to start the day right. One small suggestion: since cleaning is done every three days, it would be great if the room came stocked with at least 5–6 coffee capsules instead of just one. That way, guests can enjoy their morning brew without worry. Overall, this place offers great value, is well-located near public transit, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Prague.
My parents were absolutely delighted with their stay. Simon kept in close contact throughout the reservation process and was very attentive—really appreciated that level of care. There's a great restaurant nearby that they loved, and we specifically requested a ground-floor room, which was arranged perfectly. The location is fantastic, the staff went above and beyond, and everything felt seamless. A truly memorable experience with excellent value. Definitely planning to return.
We stayed as a group of six 22-year-olds and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the heart of Old Town, making it easy to explore all the sights and enjoy local cafes and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, well-laid out, and spotlessly clean—ideal for a large group. Everything we needed was there, from kitchen essentials to comfy bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Finding the place was a breeze thanks to clear directions and good visibility. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this stay for young travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.
The Charles Bridge Premium Residence is an absolutely fantastic stay in Prague! Located just steps away from the iconic Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock Square, it couldn't be more convenient. We were a group of three, but the apartment was so spacious we could’ve easily fit six people — plenty of room to move around and relax. The unit was spotless, well-heated, and very comfortable, making it perfect for our winter visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. If I ever return to Prague, this will be my first choice again — highly recommended!
Staying at Old Town Square Premium Residence was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the historic Old Town Square, with cafes, shops, and attractions all within easy reach. The apartment itself was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with everything you’d need for a cozy stay. The staff were warm and helpful without being overbearing—perfect balance. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience feel effortless. Whether you're here for sightseeing or just want a peaceful base in the heart of Prague, this place delivers on every level. Highly recommended for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.
Prague is absolutely magical, but our stay at this property was a major disappointment. The listing clearly stated the apartment was accessible by elevator, located on a single level, and suitable for wheelchair users—plus it promised three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a balcony, DVD player, and sound system. Upon arrival, we discovered the elevator only went partway, requiring us to climb steep stairs. The unit actually had only two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a makeshift sleeping area on an open mezzanine floor that anyone could see. There was no balcony, no DVD player, no sound system. When we asked about the situation, the host admitted the heating was broken and we’d need to be moved—but there was no prior notice or explanation about the stairs involved. As a group of friends, one of us has mobility issues, making movement extremely difficult. We were only offered partial refund after questioning them, which came too late—we couldn’t return to rest in the afternoon as planned. Worse still, they accused me of wanting a huge discount without understanding the circumstances, then blamed me for not mentioning accessibility needs. If the property was advertised as fully accessible and on one level, why would we feel the need to bring it up? I truly believe they would have just charged us more for a larger room and kept the difference. What really hurt was being blamed instead of being given basic courtesy or clear communication. The place itself was also poorly maintained—dirty, disorganized, and lacking care. I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone. A terrible experience overall.
Staying at The Grand Mark Prague was an absolute delight. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully designed with a sophisticated yet warm atmosphere—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The bathroom amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious shampoo to the soft towels, making me feel pampered throughout my stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk or quick metro ride from the city center, surrounded by great restaurants and major attractions. It’s rare to find such a high level of comfort and elegance at this price point. I was genuinely impressed by the service and overall experience. Would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.
I recently stayed at the Fairmont Golden Prague, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the experience. The hotel has only been open for six months, so everything feels brand new—modern, sleek, and well-maintained. My deluxe king room was spacious and smartly designed, but I’ve heard the Signature King is even better, so I’ll definitely book that next time I visit Prague. The grand lobby sets a luxurious tone right away, and the hotel offers both street parking and a convenient underground garage—great for those arriving by car. Best of all, the doorstep has access to tram line 17, which takes you to Charles Bridge in just two stops. Walking to Old Town Square is also easy—about an eight-minute stroll along Paris Street. Staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety of food and drinks, with a lovely view of the garden through floor-to-ceiling windows. I had lunch at Green House on arrival day, where I enjoyed authentic Czech cuisine that was flavorful and surprisingly affordable. For something special, the rooftop Fine Dining restaurant offers a tasting menu—perfect for a memorable evening. Overall, this place combines convenience, comfort, and elegance seamlessly. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a highlight of my trip. Definitely coming back.
The Prague Marriott Hotel exceeded my expectations—rooms are spacious, comfortably furnished, and feel more like a premium domestic hotel than a typical European stay. The property is conveniently located near major attractions, with many tour buses arriving daily, bringing travelers from the U.S., Asia, and beyond. I loved how easy it was to walk to key sights like Old Town Square, the Powder Tower, and Charles Bridge—all within a 10-minute stroll. Breakfast was a highlight: ample variety, fresh ingredients, and great quality across both Western and Asian options. Public transport access is excellent too. Overall, this is an ideal base for exploring Prague’s historic center. Highly recommended for travelers who value convenience, comfort, and a lively atmosphere.
