Prem and Shyam, the room attendants, are genuinely kind and always ready to help with any issue. Santosh at front desk was professional and welcoming. Breakfast was just average—not much to get excited about—but the surrounding area has excellent dining options, so that’s a major plus. Don’t worry about language barriers—even if you don’t speak Tamil, the housekeeping team speaks Hindi, and front desk staff are fluent in both Hindi and English. TV channels are plentiful, though I’d love to see Star Sports 1 in English next time instead of Tamil, as I don’t understand the language. Overall, it’s a solid value-for-money experience.
