What truly stood out was the incredible security team. We accidentally lost our phone somewhere—maybe in the hotel, near the pyramids, or on the shuttle bus—and were worried it was gone for good. We reached out to the hotel security, and within minutes, they called back with great news: they’d found it and held it securely. I can’t thank Abd El Azem A Zaher and Mustafa Fathy Mohamed Mustafa enough for their prompt and professional help. Their dedication really made a difference. The location is excellent, just a short walk from major attractions, and public transport access is super convenient. If you're visiting Cairo, this hotel is a top choice—highly recommend!

We booked a room at Venus Hostel just to store our luggage and freshen up before boarding the Watania Sleeping Train to Luxor later in the afternoon. The mini-bar in the room was fully stocked with free snacks and beverages—although it’s typically replenished after three nights, they actually restocked it by the second day, which was impressive. I left a 50 EGP tip for one of the front desk staff, expecting it to be taken immediately, but surprisingly, it wasn’t collected until my final day. That small gesture really stood out—it showed genuine professionalism and thoughtfulness.
