I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Copacabana Beach, with stunning ocean views right outside the window. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished, offering great value for the price. Whether you're here for sightseeing, beach time, or just relaxing, this hotel provides the perfect base. It’s rare to find such a convenient, welcoming, and well-run place—definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Rio!
This hotel truly stands out among the many options in Copacabana. Located just a few blocks from the beach and within walking distance of the main street, its location is unbeatable. The room was compact but incredibly well-organized—every inch of space was used efficiently, making it feel much larger than it actually is. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly, attentive service, and the breakfast was outstanding—fresh, varied, and delicious. It’s rare to find such a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value in this area. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rio.
The hostel is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to get around Rio. However, the staff experience was extremely disappointing. We had to ask permission every time we wanted to store or retrieve items from the shared fridge—repeated requests made it incredibly inconvenient. In the morning, we needed our breakfast supplies right away, but were forced to wait two hours because the owner refused to let us access our things until the cleaner arrived, even though it was just one floor up. When I went to get my stuff, the owner became angry, yelled at me, and used a disrespectful term I won’t repeat. At that point, we left immediately. While the location is good and prices are reasonable, the lack of basic respect and poor communication completely ruined our stay. Not worth it.
Staying at Copacabana Palace was an absolute delight—right in the heart of Rio's most iconic area, with the beach just steps away. The property is beautifully landscaped and even features a few small animals that the kids absolutely loved spotting throughout the gardens. It’s such a unique touch that made our family trip extra special. The rooms are elegant and spacious, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Perfect for families looking for luxury with a personal touch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rio—this place truly lives up to its reputation.
Everything was perfect—felt like coming home the moment we walked in. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and attention to detail, making our stay truly memorable. A special shoutout to Letitia at reception—her warm welcome and genuine care made a big difference. The rooftop view is absolutely breathtaking, offering panoramic glimpses of the city and ocean that take your breath away. It’s not just a hotel; it’s an experience. We’ll definitely be back.
The hotel is about a 40-minute drive from the airport, perfectly situated between Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. Just step outside, cross the street, and you're right on the sand—fine, soft sand that feels like magic beach powder under your feet. Every staff member we met was incredibly polite and genuinely warm, always greeting guests with a smile. The pool area is stunning, and the view from outside—where mountains meet the ocean—is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. We spent two full days just relaxing by the pool and on the beach, doing nothing but soaking in the vibe. We checked in early and were initially assigned a sea-view room at the end of the building, but my husband wanted something better, so we switched rooms twice before landing on a great one. It was worth the effort. The only downside? The price is steep—nearly $400 per night—but honestly, given the location, service, and overall experience, it’s not unreasonable. It’s just hard on the wallet when you’re budget-conscious!
Staying at this resort felt like a true getaway. The private beach access is a game-changer—just step outside and you're right on the sand with stunning ocean views. It's well-located, just a short ride from downtown Rio, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The amenities are impressive: multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), tennis courts, and a dedicated kids’ play area that kept my children entertained all day. Despite being a luxury hotel, the price feels very reasonable—excellent value for money. The only minor downside? The sound of waves can be a bit loud if you're sensitive to noise, so I’d recommend requesting a room farther from the beach side or on a higher floor. Overall, an outstanding experience—comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for families or couples looking for relaxation with great convenience.
Absolutely outstanding stay at this hotel! Its location is perfect—just steps away from all the vibrant energy of Rio. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the amenities truly elevated the entire experience. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Sascha—he made me feel genuinely welcome with his warm hospitality and attention to detail. Every moment felt special, and I can’t recommend this place enough. Would 100% return.
The hotel is absolutely fantastic! While the rooms are a bit dated, they’re clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable. What really stood out was the daily complimentary treats—two chocolates and 2 to 4 bottles of water per day. Small touches, but they made a big difference. The real highlight? The stunning ocean view. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room—just step outside and cross the street to reach the beach. You’ll be greeted by endless blue skies, gentle waves, and that iconic Rio coastline right at your doorstep. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city too, with easy access to public transit. If you're looking for a relaxing yet central stay in Rio de Janeiro, this is definitely the place to be. A perfect blend of comfort, location, and value—10/10 without a doubt!
Staying at Emiliano Rio in Copacabana was an absolute highlight of my trip to Rio. This boutique hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from Ipanema and right in the heart of one of Rio's most vibrant neighborhoods. The views of the ocean from the room are breathtaking, especially during sunset when the sky turns into a canvas of gold and pink. The staff goes above and beyond with their kindness and attention to detail—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with modern touches and a serene atmosphere. Service is flawless, from check-in to checkout. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming place to stay in Rio, this is it. Don’t hesitate—book it now!
Staying at YOO2 Rio de Janeiro, Tapestry Collection by Hilton was an absolute highlight of my trip! The hotel is incredibly quiet and peaceful—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything. I loved the breakfast spread—fresh, delicious, and full of local flavors that made me feel like I was experiencing Rio through my taste buds. Best of all? It’s just steps from the beach. Walking out the front door, you’re already on the sand—ideal for morning strolls or sunset views. The neighborhood feels safe and well-connected, with easy access to public transit if you want to explore further. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed, from the ambiance to the details. A true gem in Rio, and I’ll definitely be back.
Everything was perfect at Janeiro Hotel! From check-in to checkout, every detail was spot-on. The location is fantastic—just a short walk or quick subway ride away from major attractions, and there are plenty of great cafes and local shops nearby. The room was immaculate, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept so well I didn’t want to get up in the morning. Staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Even helped with luggage and gave great local tips. This hotel offers an outstanding experience for the price. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rio.
