The hotel offers butler service, and the duty manager, Xiao Li, personally recommended some local hidden gem restaurants nearby—truly helpful! Breakfast was excellent, featuring authentic Wuhan street food and traditional dim sum that tasted delicious. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM, which gave me extra flexibility with my travel plans. Overall, an outstanding experience. That said, some rooms require navigating through a few turns (a bit tricky if you're not great with directions), but the room size is generous and all amenities are well-maintained. One small suggestion: the curtains would be more practical if they could be adjusted to a half-open position instead of only fully open or fully closed. Even better—they lent me packing tape and scissors, and helped carry my luggage out to the door. That kind of thoughtful service is rare these days. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with great cleanliness and comfort. My only small suggestion would be adding an elevator with a keycard access system for added security — that would make it even better. But overall, the service, location, and value are outstanding.
