This stay at Romantik Hotel U Raka was absolutely unforgettable—a true gem for travelers seeking something special. Nestled in a quiet corner of Prague's Castle District, this boutique hotel is housed in a beautifully restored historic building with just six uniquely decorated rooms. Every detail reflects local charm and craftsmanship, from the antique furnishings to the thoughtfully curated touches in each room—no two spaces are alike. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the breakfast experience stands out: homemade yogurts, fresh eggs cooked to order, an array of cured meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, and more—all served with warmth and care. We loved that we could escape the overwhelming crowds of Old Town early in the season, choosing instead to spend most of our time exploring Lesser Town and the Castle District. From the hotel, you can walk to major sights like Prague Castle, Petrin Hill, Strahov Library, and St. Nicholas Church—perfect for those who enjoy walking. While the area is slightly hilly, a short five-minute uphill walk gets you to the tram stop, though we found that affordable rideshares (arriving in under 2 minutes, costing only $6–7) were often more convenient for longer trips. Note: it’s not ideal for guests with mobility challenges, but as long as you’re able to walk comfortably, you’ll be fine. Our favorite part? Returning to the hotel in the afternoon for a late lunch on their lovely sunken terrace—smoothies, a delicious meat-and-cheese platter, or a savory ham-and-cheese pie, all enjoyed in peaceful solitude. Walking to dinner was one of the highlights of the trip: quiet, historic streets with stunning architecture around every corner, and plenty of great restaurants within a 1- to 15-minute stroll. Booking directly through their website was a smart move—we took advantage of their anniversary package (paid in cash in euros), which included $50 off per night, flowers, a large fruit bowl, a generous meat and cheese platter, a half bottle of sparkling wine, a full bottle of local wine, and a free airport transfer. Magda, who works there, is simply incredible—she goes above and beyond, often preparing little surprises for guests. Follow her recommendations for breakfast and lunch—they’re always spot-on. If possible, request Room 6: it has a cozy living area, a fireplace, an indoor terrace, and even a private outdoor table—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the atmosphere. This hotel truly made our trip magical.
Staying at Hotel Nerudova 211 felt like stepping into a real Prague apartment with character and charm. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, just steps away from major sights and great local cafes. The space is generously sized, and the interior design captures authentic Czech style, with vintage touches that make you feel connected to the building’s history. It’s quiet yet walkable to everything, making it perfect for travelers who value both comfort and convenience. A truly memorable stay.
We stayed at Aparthotel City 5 from July 30th to August 3rd, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Kristina welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality—she even took the time to guide us around Prague, sharing great recommendations on must-visit spots. She speaks fluent Italian, which made communication super smooth and personal. The studio apartment was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped—perfect for a short getaway. What really stood out? The hotel’s adorable mascot—a sweet black dog named 'Nero' who greeted us with wagging tail every time we came back! It added such a special, homely touch to our stay. We’re already planning our next trip to Prague and will definitely book here again. Thanks for making our visit so memorable, Marco and Francesco!
Staying at Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Prague was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything, whether it was luggage assistance or recommendations for local gems. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of both local Czech specialties and international favorites, all prepared with care and freshness. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a short walk to Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, and other major sights. I didn’t even need to take public transport during my stay. The hotel’s interior design is elegant and timeless, blending historical charm with modern comfort. Every detail feels intentional, from the plush bedding to the cozy lounge areas. It truly felt like coming home, but a very luxurious one. If you’re looking for a memorable stay in Prague that combines convenience, quality, and genuine hospitality, this is the place.
This was my second stay at this incredible hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or attentive—every interaction felt personal and warm. The ambiance is pure vintage grandeur, with elegant interiors that transport you straight into a European palace. My room had a private balcony surrounded by blooming flowers, and the view of Prague’s iconic red rooftops was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with fresh local pastries and juices that made mornings feel special. I was also thrilled to learn about their complimentary spa treatments—wish I’d booked one during my visit! As a sweet surprise, they delivered a bottle of champagne and a little dessert in the evening. It’s these thoughtful touches that make the experience unforgettable. If you're visiting Prague, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Located just a short walk from the tram station, Hotel & Wellness is slightly off the beaten path but still incredibly convenient for exploring Prague. What truly stands out is the peaceful atmosphere—especially in the garden-facing rooms, where you’re gently woken up each morning by birdsong in the heart of the city. The spacious, immaculately clean rooms are well-equipped, and the presidential suite (with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and around 50m²) is perfect for families or travelers with kids. The value-for-money is outstanding. And then there’s Denyo—the staff member I can’t stop praising. He’s incredibly responsive and genuinely attentive; any small issue disappears as soon as it’s mentioned. It’s clear the team cares deeply about guest comfort. Booking here feels completely stress-free—you won’t be disappointed.
My girlfriend and I stayed at Alchymist Prague Castle Suites for a romantic getaway, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we walked in, the elegance and attention to detail were immediately striking—every corner of the hotel feels like a work of art. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, with modern comforts blended seamlessly with classic charm. We especially loved having access to the private sauna, jacuzzi, and well-equipped gym—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Prague’s historic streets. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering thoughtful recommendations and always ready to help. Best of all, the location is unbeatable—just a few steps from Prague Castle, tucked into a peaceful, scenic neighborhood that still feels close to everything. This wasn’t just a stay; it was an experience. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague, and I know we’ll be back.
Staying at Golden Well Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and genuine hospitality. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep after exploring Prague. I especially appreciated the complimentary fruit basket upon arrival; such a thoughtful touch. The front desk team went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations—must-visit sights, hidden gem restaurants, and helpful tips on getting around the city. Even though we only stayed one night, it felt like a home away from home. With its excellent location, friendly service, and attention to detail, this hotel is definitely worth returning to. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.
Staying at Hotel Three Storks Prague was an absolute delight from the moment I walked in. The welcome drink upon arrival instantly eased my travel fatigue—such a thoughtful touch! The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and courteous, offering that personal, concierge-style service that made me feel truly valued. The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and refined, with attention to detail that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything—from the lighting to the decor—feels intentional and beautifully balanced. Honestly, I almost didn’t give it a perfect 10 because I’m worried this hidden gem will become too popular! But if you’re looking for a memorable stay in Prague with exceptional service and charm, this is it. Highly recommend—definitely coming back.
This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The staff went above and beyond—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of champagne upon check-in, which added a special touch to our stay. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: most of Prague’s top attractions, including the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, are just a 5-10 minute walk away. You don’t need to rely on public transport at all. While the building isn’t brand new and has a classic, slightly vintage charm in its decor, cleanliness was outstanding. Every surface was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom felt freshly sanitized. The check-in process involved filling out a form, but it was quick and hassle-free. Overall, this is a fantastic choice for families or travelers who value comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. I’d definitely book here again when visiting Prague.
Staying at Mandarin Oriental, Prague was an absolute delight. The room was just the right size—comfortable without being overwhelming—and the bed was incredibly cozy, making for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean, which made my morning routine feel like a luxury. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food with great value; I enjoyed every meal there without feeling like I was overspending. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Charles Bridge, perfect for exploring the city center on foot or hopping on public transit nearby. While I’m still waiting for my deposit refund (it hasn’t been returned yet), everything else about the stay was top-notch. From service to ambiance, this hotel delivers excellence. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and quality in one package.
