Our front desk manager, Xiao Guo, was incredibly helpful and warm; he proactively arranged a late check-out for us without any hassle—such a thoughtful touch! The 24-hour shuttle service is a game-changer, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions like Dianchi Lake or head into town. And don’t even get me started on the dining options—there are so many amazing local restaurants just a short walk away. This stay was absolutely perfect in every way. A true gem in Kunming with outstanding value and hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.
