Zarechniy Hotel
Stayed for two nights and was extremely satisfied with the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short ride away from the city center via public transit. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I requested early check-in due to an early arrival, and the staff kindly accommodated me—no hassle at all. Everything about the stay was excellent, from the cleanliness to the friendly service. Definitely a great choice if you're looking for a reliable and well-located place to stay in Sochi.
Raduzhnyi Hotel
The Raduzhnyi Hotel is cozy and quiet, making it perfect for a restful night's sleep. The staff are very attentive and friendly—always ready to help with any request. While the rooms aren't brand new, they're well-maintained and kept clean throughout. It's conveniently located near a bus stop, which makes getting around town easy. I stayed here for a business trip, and it was ideal—quiet, comfortable, and efficient. A great choice if you're looking for a no-fuss, reliable place to stay in Sochi.

We stayed at Maro|Maro for a few days in early November and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is perfect for walking around—right next to a lovely park, making it easy to enjoy some fresh air and scenic strolls. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained—the furniture looked brand new and added to the welcoming vibe. Special thanks to the front desk team for their warm hospitality, quick assistance, and genuine friendliness—they made our stay so much more enjoyable. Excellent value for money, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sochi.
Morskaya Zvezda
The hotel lives up to its two-star rating and even exceeds expectations in several areas. The food quality is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the pool is a nice touch. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. The beds definitely need replacing—creaking noises and sagging mattresses make for an uncomfortable sleep. The pillows aren’t very supportive either. Also, the air conditioners could use a good cleaning—they’re dusty and don’t seem to be maintained regularly. Despite these minor issues, overall it’s a solid stay, especially considering the price point. For a budget-friendly option in Sochi, this place offers great value and a pleasant experience.
Villa Bavariya Hotel
I stayed at Villa Bavariya Hotel and was extremely disappointed. The hotel is actually a 55-minute walk from the beach, far beyond the promised 15 minutes—this was a major letdown. The staircase inside the building looked like it was falling apart, and the walls were dirty with visible grime. Cleaning was minimal—only once every ten days—and the bathrooms remained damp and unhygienic. There are no entertainment centers or amenities within walking distance, making it hard to pass the time. The overall experience was poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The value for money is terrible, and I definitely won’t be returning.
PrimaVera Hotel
This place is absolutely fantastic! The heated pool is a game-changer, especially during cooler days—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms are spotless and cozy, feeling like home from the moment you walk in. Housekeeping is top-notch: trash is removed daily, towels are changed, and toilet paper is restocked without fail. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which has several options—while most areas have pebbles, there’s one gently sloping sandy stretch that’s great for families or anyone who prefers softer sand. The bus stop is just a 3-minute stroll away, and Bus 30 takes you straight into central Sochi. With such convenient access, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming vibe, this hotel offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Niagara Folls Hotel
上個月同朋友一行三人入住這間位於索契馬邁卡區的酒店，距離市中心（海港）大約15分鐘車程，步行去海灘也只需15分鐘，但要一路下坡再上坡，坡度非常陡，拖行李實在吃力。酒店附近有間五加一超市，還有兩間私營小商店，食物選擇尚算齊全。可惜沒有公共交通直达，最近的巴士站要走15分鐘上山，對帶行李的旅客不太友好。 我們住的是五樓的客房（其實是閣樓改建），沒有電梯，提行李上樓極為辛苦。辦理入住時已過晚上8點，前台年輕職員迅速處理文件，包括複印護照、簽署入住條款及繳付每人每日50盧布的度假稅。付款只能以銀行轉帳方式，不支援信用卡，所以需提前準備現金或使用本地支付系統，若銀行收取手續費的話要小心預算。 房間面積雖大（501號房），但設備簡陋得令人難以置信：5張最普通的床、5個床頭櫃、一個只有5層架和4個衣架的衣櫃、4個超細小的坐墊（根本不能坐）、一台掛牆電視、冰箱、冷氣、一張可移動的小圓桌配5套餐具……竟然連一張椅子都沒有！更慘的是窗戶是木製的，完全無法打開，夏天肯定悶熱到爆；冷氣風力微弱，根本抵擋不住酷暑。 浴室屬共用型，設計奇怪，淋浴裝置鬆脫，簾子關不上，整個地面濕漉漉，又無防滑地墊，非常危險。廁所亦故障，水箱不停注水。毛巾質素差，薄如紙，建議自備。房間從未清潔過，只答應第四天才會清理（視乎要求），垃圾要自己搬出，而且房內竟無垃圾桶！另外，全屋只有兩個插座，全部集中在同一位置，用電極不方便。 大堂設有小型餐室，提供微波爐加熱食物，也有熨斗和燙衣板，但餐室當時未開業，只供應咖啡（美式100盧布，拿鐵150盧布），味道一般。由於夏季食飲服務尚未啟用，未能評價。 總結：以每晚人均2500盧布計算（三個人住五日），性價比算是合理，但環境和配套實在太差，尤其夏天絕對難受，絕不會再來。」},{

Absolutely wonderful stay at Rodina Grand Hotel and Spa! The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. My husband even joked a few times, 'Why are they so eager? They’re almost too polite!' 😄 Everything was perfect for us. The massage was heavenly, and our daughter’s swimming instructor, Pavel, did an amazing job—he was patient, encouraging, and made every session fun. We left feeling completely refreshed and satisfied. Honestly, if the spa had a jacuzzi or a Turkish bath, this place would be unbeatable. A truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!
Millennials Aparts
Stayed in the top-floor room with a balcony and amazing city views—definitely worth it! The apartment was spotless and well-equipped: great shower, cooking stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, washing machine, and a full set of kitchenware and dining essentials. It felt like home. The property itself is small, but just a 5-minute walk away is the pool at Neolit Senator hotel—be sure to check with reception about access. Also, it's only about 10 minutes on foot to Albatsos Beach (up and down), making beach trips super convenient. Everything was perfect—the location, the comfort, the vibe. Thanks for such a relaxing getaway!
Sonata Hotel
We stayed at Sonata Hotel in August 2024, and while the cleanliness was excellent—with daily housekeeping—it was disappointing to experience such poor service upon arrival. The hotel is very close to the beach and just a short walk from the electric train station, making it convenient for exploring Sochi. However, when we arrived early and had already coordinated with the front desk, the security guard refused to let us in and even tried to escort us out with our child. It felt extremely unwelcoming, especially after paying extra for early check-in. The manager who eventually arrived didn’t offer any apology, which left us feeling upset and frustrated. Our mood remained low throughout the stay, despite the clean rooms and pleasant seaside walks that helped lift spirits. To our dismay, the same unfriendly staff member was there again during check-out, repeating the same cold attitude. While the location and cleanliness were positives, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy made the experience unpleasant. We won’t be returning—no matter how free the offer. For the price, guests deserve better than being treated like intruders.
