Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a complimentary welcome coffee—a nice touch for anyone who loves a good cup of joe. The room was spotless, fresh, and meticulously cleaned by the housekeeping staff, who were proactive and attentive. No lingering odors, just pure cleanliness—especially in the bathroom, which felt brand new. All amenities were well-maintained and fully functional. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and professional service, making us feel truly welcomed. This hotel offers excellent value for money and delivers on every aspect of comfort and convenience. I’d definitely book here again when visiting Chengdu.

CHENGDU RENMIN SOUTH ROAD

Staying at the Days Inn by Wyndham Chengdu Renmin South Road was an absolute delight! The room was spacious and beautifully designed with a modern yet elegant touch—so much comfort in such a well-thought-out layout. Its location is incredibly convenient: just a 2-kilometer walk to Wu Hou Temple, and right next to Jinli Ancient Street for shopping and local eats. Upon arrival, the staff kindly upgraded my room without any hassle. The family-friendly room came with everything needed for three people, and what stood out most was the separate tatami area for the kids—it’s like a little private retreat, perfect for families with young ones. The attention to detail truly made the experience memorable. Everything felt thoughtful, from the clean space to the warm hospitality. This hotel offers excellent value and definitely deserves a repeat visit.

Chengdu Anyue Yuanshe Hotel (Chunxi Road Tianfu Square)

The location of Chengdu Anyue Yuanshe Hotel (Chunxi Road Tianfu Square) is excellent—right in the heart of the city with plenty of dining options just a short walk away. It’s also convenient for visiting Wenshu Monastery and getting to Lumaishi Metro Station without much hassle. We mostly relied on Didi for transportation during our trip, which was both affordable and efficient. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had no unpleasant odors—very comfortable overall. One small suggestion: the bathroom floor is quite cold and slippery; adding non-slip slippers would make it even better. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—they answered all my questions promptly and even offered to hold packages for us. Their warm hospitality really made the stay memorable. This hotel offers outstanding value and service, making it a top choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Chengdu.

Jinkai International Apartment

This stay was absolutely perfect—truly deserving of a full 10/10! The location is unbeatable; just a short walk from Wenshu Monastery, one of Chengdu’s most iconic landmarks. Around the hotel, there are countless great dining spots and local shops, making it super easy to explore on foot. What really stood out? The service. Our front desk supervisor, Xiao Liao, was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast, and she went above and beyond to help with any request—always with a genuine smile. Her attention to detail and kindness made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The housekeeping staff, Auntie Hu Su Rong, also left a lasting impression. Every day, the room was cleaned meticulously—no corner overlooked—and her care showed in how everything was neatly arranged, even small items that had been misplaced. The room itself is fantastic: spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with a private balcony, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, and even a washing machine. It felt like staying in a home away from home. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom featured effective dry/wet separation, water pressure was strong, and hot water came instantly. The air conditioning ran quietly, and the soundproofing kept the room peaceful—even with city sounds outside. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and refined. For such a high-quality stay with exceptional hospitality, this place truly exceeds expectations. I’ll definitely be booking here again next time I visit Chengdu. Highly recommended!

Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Wuhou

We arrived late last night and realized we'd ended up at the wrong location—we'd originally booked the Holiday Inn Express in San Sheng Xiang, but Google Maps led us straight to this one in Wuhou District. Thankfully, contacting the platform right away resulted in a no-questions-asked free cancellation. That was a huge relief. Then I must say, the Wuhou branch itself is excellent—clean, well-maintained, and staff are genuinely welcoming. Special shoutout to Amy during check-out; she was warm, efficient, and made our departure smooth. And bonus: the street-side dan dan noodles just outside the hotel? Absolutely delicious—spicy, savory, and totally worth a stop. If you're in the area, don’t miss it. This place is a hidden gem with great value and top-notch service.

Palace Hotel (Chengdu Zoo Zhaojuesi South Road Subway Station)

I wasn’t feeling my best when I checked in, but the front desk staff immediately noticed and offered a warm cup of ginger tea—such a thoughtful gesture that really touched me. The newly added laundry facility is a big plus, clean, well-maintained, and super convenient for longer stays. When checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free parking voucher—small things, but they show how much care goes into the guest experience. The location is excellent too, just a short walk from Zhaojuesi South Road Metro Station, making it easy to explore Chengdu Zoo and nearby attractions. Overall, this hotel delivers on comfort, service, and value. It’s clear they go the extra mile, and I’ll definitely be back.
