The check-in experience was seamless: facial recognition entry was incredibly convenient, especially for someone who always misplaces things. It felt like having my hands free from the start. The room itself came with a Dyson hairdryer and full-sized toiletries—everything you’d want. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout. The 21st-floor lobby is stunningly elegant, and the on-site restaurant has a great vibe. As a Disney fan, seeing Mickey around made my day! Service was genuinely outstanding. The front desk staff even came to our lounge area to assist with check-in—no waiting, no hassle. Once inside the room, they followed up to ask if everything was satisfactory and offered a personalized choice of room fragrance delivered right to us. Special thanks to Tina (or 'Taotao' as she was called)—when I rushed out for checkout and completely forgot about my expense receipt, she immediately arranged it for me, prepared the documentation, and even arranged to send it to me. That kind of care is unforgettable. The night snack was an absolute highlight—the beef noodle soup tasted just like the one from my childhood memories: silky yet chewy noodles, tender, flavorful beef, and rich broth. Pure perfection. Breakfast was also a hit; I ordered via QR code—scrambled eggs, beef noodles, and waffles—all delicious and fresh. This place exceeded expectations in every way. If you're visiting Hangzhou, don’t hesitate—Vance Hotel is a must-stay.

The housekeeping team was also very friendly and attentive, keeping everything spotless. From check-in to checkout, the service was top-notch, making this a truly memorable stay. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

While some facilities show their age, the cleanliness and overall condition are excellent, and nothing detracted from the comfort of our stay. The hotel also has a full laundry service with both washing and drying machines—plus, they’ll even collect your clothes when you’re out, which is seriously thoughtful. The only tiny hiccup? The TV wouldn’t turn on, and the remote seemed unresponsive. But if you don’t rely on TV, it’s not a dealbreaker—just ask the front desk for help. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

I always stay here whenever I visit Hangzhou—it's my go-to choice for convenience and comfort. The on-site dining on the ground floor is excellent, especially the Song Sister Fish Soup, which is silky and flavorful, and the salted egg yolk pumpkin is rich and satisfying. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. One thing to note: the upper floors are currently under renovation, so there can be some construction noise starting around 8 AM. If you're an early riser or don’t mind a little background sound, it’s not a big deal. But if you prefer quiet mornings and love sleeping in, you might want to request a lower-floor room. Overall, the value is outstanding, and the location is unbeatable—definitely a place I’ll return to.

Later, when I accidentally lost my breakfast voucher, the team didn’t hesitate to issue a replacement right away—no hassle at all. That kind of service really stands out. On-site, the hotel sells simple but delicious boxed meals, perfect for a quick bite. Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet environment, and great location just steps from metro access and local eateries. Everything about this stay felt seamless and well thought out. I’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next business trip to Hangzhou. Highly recommend it!
