This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

My room was spacious with plenty of room to move around, and the view of the Grand Canal from the window was absolutely peaceful. The bathroom was perfectly separated into dry and wet zones—shower and sink each had their own private space, which really boosted comfort and privacy. Everything was spotless, with no lingering odors at all. Right outside the hotel, there’s a bus stop right at the entrance, making it super easy to get around. Whether I wanted to head to Xiaohe Direct Street, Wulin Night Market, West Lake, or even Lingyin Temple, transportation options were abundant—whether by taxi or public transit. The nearby Line 3 subway station is also just a short walk away, adding to the convenience. The breakfast area was bright and inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly. When I forgot something during check-out, they kindly helped me arrange storage. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. If I ever return to Hangzhou, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.

It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!
