The room was spotless, down to every nook and cranny, including the bathroom and even the water glass, which had clearly been sanitized—gave me peace of mind. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond: helpful check-in tips, timely reminders, and even a complimentary milk in the evening. Everything felt thoughtfully designed—the smart voice-controlled lights and curtains made life so convenient, while the shower delivered consistent hot water. The Lifen fragrance line amenities were a nice touch, adding a luxurious feel to the whole experience. It’s rare to find such attention to detail and comfort at this level of value. I’ll definitely be back.

The parking lot is located behind the hotel, so if you're driving, it's best to arrive early. When I checked in around 2:30 PM on Thursday, there were still four or five spots available. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had excellent soundproofing—no noise from the hallway or outside, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. Super convenient, clean, and great value. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Urumqi.

Just a short walk from the hotel, you’ll find bus stops and a metro station, making travel within the city a breeze. It’s also close to parks, hospitals, a science museum, and a lively food street—perfect for exploring without needing to go far. The airport is just a 20-minute drive away, which is super helpful if you're traveling. The buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding—huge variety, excellent quality, and fresh ingredients across multiple cuisines. And let’s not forget the indoor pool! If you’re in the mood to relax or work out without leaving the hotel, this is the ideal spot. Overall, an exceptional experience that exceeded expectations.
