Since I was part of a tour group to Mount Qigongshan, and we wrapped up at Yipin Tianxia station, it only took about 20 minutes to transfer here—no stress at all. The ground floor has a small convenience store, and there are several dining options nearby, so getting food or snacks is never an issue. The room elevator requires a key card to access, and deliveries are only available for pickup at the lobby. While not as convenient as having food brought to your door, this setup definitely boosts security—something I appreciate. I ordered a grab-and-go chicken dish, and it was surprisingly tasty and satisfying. My double room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed was soft but supportive—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had recently: a great mix of pastries, hot dishes, and a delicious spicy dan dan noodle soup. Drinks were especially impressive—milk, coffee, soy milk, apple vinegar, yogurt, and more. What stood out? They offered three types of soy milk: red date, oat, and plain. I didn’t expect such variety, and the red date version was my favorite. Plus, staff happily provided takeout containers if needed—super helpful for groups or guests who prefer eating in their room. One small suggestion: adding disposable toilet seat covers would be a nice touch. Overall, with a price under $250, this place delivers incredible value. I’d definitely stay here again.

Special shoutout to Amy during check-out; she was warm, efficient, and made our departure smooth. And bonus: the street-side dan dan noodles just outside the hotel? Honestly, I was blown away! We originally booked just one night, but after checking in, we extended for two more nights—so much so that we ended up staying five nights total. The room was spacious and well-designed: the bathroom and walk-in closet were generously sized, with a large desk, a cozy double sofa, and a coffee table perfect for family meals or just relaxing with tea. Everything felt clean and well-maintained—the light-colored carpet looked pristine, no odors at all. As a parent traveling with kids, this kind of hygiene and freshness is everything. The service was exceptional too, especially from Yang Shuang at reception. She noticed we had children right away and immediately gifted us a panda plushie, upgraded our room, and even provided complimentary breakfast for the little ones. It was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids absolutely loved it, and the breakfast spread was fantastic—especially the dan dan noodles, which became a daily must-have. The location couldn’t be better: just 20 meters from the subway station, making travel around Chengdu super easy. A short taxi ride to the airport (about 30 minutes) was affordable, and attractions like Du Fu’s Thatched Cottage were just a few hundred meters away. Right outside the hotel, you’ve got shopping options including Starbucks, a great Sichuan restaurant, luxury brands like Rolex, and more—great taste, great convenience. This trip to Chengdu was unforgettable, and the Renhe Spring Hotel made it even better. Even with a 4:30 AM flight, they happily granted us a late check-out until 2 PM—such a relief!
