It’s super convenient to reach places like Chadianzi, Chunxi Road, and East Station. Plus, it's within walking distance of many nearby attractions and local eateries, making exploration effortless. The room was compact but well-equipped with all essentials—nothing missing. Breakfast was a generous buffet with plenty of options, including fresh noodles, so it felt satisfying. There’s also free laundry and drying facilities available, though I didn’t use them. What stood out most was the friendly and polite staff—they went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money and great convenience. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Chengdu.

Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Honestly, I was blown away! We originally booked just one night, but after checking in, we extended for two more nights—so much so that we ended up staying five nights total. The room was spacious and well-designed: the bathroom and walk-in closet were generously sized, with a large desk, a cozy double sofa, and a coffee table perfect for family meals or just relaxing with tea. Everything felt clean and well-maintained—the light-colored carpet looked pristine, no odors at all. As a parent traveling with kids, this kind of hygiene and freshness is everything. The service was exceptional too, especially from Yang Shuang at reception. She noticed we had children right away and immediately gifted us a panda plushie, upgraded our room, and even provided complimentary breakfast for the little ones. It was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids absolutely loved it, and the breakfast spread was fantastic—especially the dan dan noodles, which became a daily must-have. The location couldn’t be better: just 20 meters from the subway station, making travel around Chengdu super easy. A short taxi ride to the airport (about 30 minutes) was affordable, and attractions like Du Fu’s Thatched Cottage were just a few hundred meters away. Right outside the hotel, you’ve got shopping options including Starbucks, a great Sichuan restaurant, luxury brands like Rolex, and more—great taste, great convenience. This trip to Chengdu was unforgettable, and the Renhe Spring Hotel made it even better. Even with a 4:30 AM flight, they happily granted us a late check-out until 2 PM—such a relief! I’ll definitely be back.

The overall ambiance is serene and elegant, with a high-end lobby design that sets the tone for a peaceful, luxurious stay. It’s clear this place cares about guest experience at every level. A truly memorable stay—I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.
