The front desk staff were incredibly helpful too—they even managed to accommodate our request for a 3 PM check-out after we initially asked for 2 PM. That kind of flexibility made such a difference! And the housekeeping team? Absolute stars. They always smiled, kept the room spotless, and one lady even gently called out our room number when we had 'Do Not Disturb' on—she didn’t want to disturb us but still wanted to deliver our laundry. I heard her, opened the door, and she was grinning like sunshine. So thoughtful! The hotel has everything you need: a fully equipped gym, a self-service laundry room, and fast delivery via the food robot. On busier days, the front desk staff actually carried boxes of takeout up to guests’ rooms themselves—truly going above and beyond. Overall, my New Year’s holiday here was unforgettable. I’m already planning my next visit!

The overall facilities and room design are modern and well thought out, making the stay genuinely comfortable. It's conveniently located just outside the Northeast 3rd Ring Road, with easy access to subway stations nearby—perfect if you're relying on public transit. Driving in? Parking is only 40 RMB per day, which is very reasonable. Right now, the lobby is beautifully decorated with a stunning Christmas tree and festive touches throughout—definitely sets a cheerful mood. The elevators automatically light up your floor when you swipe your key card—a nice tech touch. Room space is generous, clean, and well-organized, with both shower and bathtub available. Even small details like alcohol wipes, toilet seat covers, and bath mats were thoughtfully provided. Only minor note: the hairdryer wasn’t the most powerful. The rooftop lounge on the 23rd floor offers afternoon tea and happy hour for guests with privileges—great for unwinding. Breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant was fantastic: a wide variety of coffee options, freshly made, plus an unexpected highlight—hard-boiled eggs already peeled! There’s also a great selection of soups, main dishes, desserts, and drinks. The 25-meter pool is spacious and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. The location is perfect—right near the embassy district, making it super easy to get around without hassle. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. All facilities are modern and functional, from the bedding to the bathroom amenities—everything works smoothly. Housekeeping follows the brand’s high standard: spotless and meticulous. Staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting me with last-minute travel tips. It’s clear they care about guest experience. With great value, excellent service, and unbeatable location, I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Beijing.

Guizhou Mansion

The location is incredibly convenient—whether you're taking a taxi or using the subway, it's just a short walk from the hotel entrance. I didn’t have to lug my suitcase through crowded streets, which was a huge relief, especially for someone who hates rushing around. The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond by offering helpful tips on nearby restaurants and attractions. A special shoutout to the gentleman at counter 2009—he made the entire experience feel warm and personal. As soon as I stepped into the room, I noticed how spotless it was: crisp linens with no stains, shiny floors, and zero musty odors. The bathroom was a real surprise—spacious, well-lit, and equipped with modern fixtures that looked brand new. It felt so comfortable to shower without feeling cramped. This stay exceeded all expectations. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Beijing.
