On the day of our arrival, the hotel surprised us with a small cake and fresh fruit, just because they noticed we were traveling as a couple. That little gesture truly touched us. It’s clear this place goes above and beyond to make guests feel special. If I ever come back to Lijiang, there’s no doubt I’ll stay here again.
