I also missed seeing small wontons on the menu, but these minor points don’t overshadow the bigger picture. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are top-notch. The lobby is on the 38th floor, and I was on the 58th—what an incredible view and atmosphere from the moment you step in. From check-in onward, the staff were warm and attentive. The executive perks included afternoon tea and happy hour, both memorable experiences. I especially loved the panda-shaped latte art—so cute I had to grab one every morning. One time I was holding two cups at the juice bar, unsure what to pick, and a staff member immediately came over to ask if I needed help—such great service awareness. Our check-in experience was smooth, thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk staff. Special shoutout to Xiao Ya and Xiao Gou—they upgraded our room without hesitation, arranged a late check-out, and even gave us a cute souvenir: a Sanxingdui-themed fridge magnet. It’s such a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, the service, location, and value were outstanding.
