Despite its compact size, the hotel feels modern and well-designed, with full smart room controls and excellent central air conditioning that maintains a perfect temperature throughout the night. The bedding was comfortable, the shower heated up fast with consistent water pressure, and the shampoo had a nice fresh scent. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. What really impressed me was the hotel’s location in the city center yet still having its own private parking lot and a small courtyard—perfect for a quiet moment. Even better: there are slow-charging stations built into the walls on either side of the parking area. I left my electric car overnight with zero worries about being asked to move. It’s such a thoughtful touch for EV travelers. Every little detail shows how much care goes into the guest experience. I’ll definitely be back if I ever visit Changsha again.

Despite ongoing renovations, service levels remain top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Kudos to the team for keeping the standard so high. Unfortunately, I heard the hotel will be rebranding soon—making this stay feel even more special. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s just an 8-minute walk to Yuanjialing Metro Station, where both Line 2 and Line 6 are accessible. Line 2 takes you straight to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, while Line 6 offers direct access to the airport—super convenient for travel. Right across from the hotel is the Hunan Provincial Theatre, and downstairs you’ll find Hua Tian Xiao Lu, a local favorite that delivers delicious food. Special thanks to Manager Xiao Yin for the thoughtful recommendations—I tried Tea Yan Yue Se and explored IFS Guojin Center, making the most of the area’s vibrant vibe. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. Staff were warm and proactive—they kindly pointed me to breakfast location and informed me about the complimentary swimming pool and fitness center. My friends who visited also praised the value and hospitality. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations, and I’m already planning to return. Bonus: since it’s not in the heart of the tourist zone, finding a taxi was never an issue. The room itself was well-equipped and very comfortable, especially the down comforter—so cozy and warm. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views of the city skyline. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout, and the staff at reception were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Every day, they welcomed us with a fresh fruit platter—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was served on the 31st floor, with a mostly Chinese-style menu. 跨年夜前夕入住延年城際酒店，整體體驗真的無可挑剔。第一晚抵達時已是凌晨，但一進大堂就感受到溫暖的氛圍，彷彿回到家一樣安心。夜班同事態度專業，面對多個客人同時諮詢也井然有序，輪到我時更細心辦理入住，全程沒有催促或疏漏，這種貼心令人印象深刻。 第二天因要運送鮮花和禮物，我順口問了下有否小推車協助。沒想到前廳部李經理主動協調，幾位同事已在大堂門口等候，整個過程流暢又熱情，連電梯都安排得妥妥當當。特別要讚賞客房部張經理，全程陪同，電梯內還禮貌讓我先入，細節滿分！他對周邊環境和市場情況的了解也超專業，回答問題條理清晰，完全不像一般酒店服務員那樣機械應答。 套房裡的歡迎水果是當季新鮮果品，我半夜肚子餓，吃了一顆梨子，清甜爽口，心情都變好了。隔天陳阿姨主動清潔房間，連馬桶套都準備好，這種細心真係難得。後來發現我愛吃梨，谷阿姨竟然主動送上一份新鮮水果，訊息傳遞迅速，服務到位，令人心頭一暖。 還有那個放在桌上的手機支架，小小一個卻超實用，尤其對經常要開會或追劇的旅客來說，簡直是神來之筆。總體而言，延年城際酒店已經是我近年在長沙最常選擇的落腳點，原因就是它的人文關懷、服務質素與交通方便。真心希望未來能繼續保持這份用心，下次回來，一定再來感受！」},{
