They helped with luggage, offered welcome drinks, gave thoughtful room briefings, and even made sure charging cables were neatly arranged during nightly turn-down service—small things, but they made such a difference. The breakfast was exceptional too—consistent high standards from the team, with daily rotating specialty dishes, including luxurious items like abalone and bird’s nest soup, which are rarely seen even in fine dining restaurants. The quality honestly felt comparable to Michelin-level meals. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, with stunning views, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtful touches throughout—plus complimentary mini-bar goodies.
