I woke up early at 6:00 AM to catch the sunrise along the walkway—peaceful, refreshing, and picture-perfect. On Saturday evening, the fountain show started right at the doorstep—literally zero distance! It was magical to watch from the hotel’s front area. Inside the room, everything was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained. Hot water flowed strong and steady, the bathroom featured a smart three-part separation design, making it super convenient. The bedding felt luxurious—soft fabric, comfortable pillows with different heights for optimal support, and I slept like a baby. The Toshiba central air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the room cool without any noise. Overall, this stay added a wonderful chapter to our trip to Suzhou. A highly recommended, memorable experience that truly exceeded expectations.

Throughout breakfast and dinner buffet service, the team showed exceptional care. During dinner, a young, friendly server noticed our situation and proactively brought a cushion so my parent could elevate their injured arm—something that actually helped with swelling. He even explained the medical reasoning behind it! That level of thoughtfulness and knowledge stood out. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and professional. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant served amazing noodles with crisp vegetables, and the squirrel-shaped mandarin fish was freshly prepared—absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a diverse menu including sesame dumplings, Ao Zao noodles, egg rolls, Benedict eggs, sweet pea and pomelo cheese salad, and the yellow peach milk banana pancake—each dish was flavorful and satisfying. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From comfort to convenience, every detail was spot-on. This place truly delivers on luxury and value. I’ll definitely be back.
