The location is perfect—after a long day of exploring the zoo, we could just head back to the room without rushing or worrying about transportation. Our kids even had their own slippers and mini toothbrushes waiting in the room—such a thoughtful touch! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, offering to carry our luggage and giving us great tips on the quickest route to the zoo and nearby local eats. Since we were traveling with a child, they proactively assigned us a quiet room and even called later that evening to check if we needed an extra blanket. It’s clear they genuinely care about guest comfort. This stay exceeded all expectations. Quality Hotel Chengdu

I stayed at Quality Hotel Chengdu (Dongjiao Memory University Branch) and had an excellent experience overall. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the essential amenities in place. I especially appreciated having access to a laundry facility and a fully equipped gym—perfect for travelers who want to stay active without leaving the hotel. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient: just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is also close to a university campus, so the area feels safe and quiet. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious. The staff, particularly Xiao Luo, went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. They made me feel welcome and helped with everything smoothly. Great value for money, highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
