Tuke China Hotel

This hotel offers an outstanding experience for its price point. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable—perfect even without turning on the AC or heater, just lounging in bed watching TV felt so relaxing. When we noticed a small issue with our first room, the front desk team handled it instantly by upgrading us to a new one with no hassle. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short, pleasant stroll to Jimei University Town. We spent our days wandering through the streets, exploring shops, and enjoying delicious local food without rushing. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

During New Year's period, the hotel was lively with plenty of family-friendly activities that kept the kids entertained. The guest manager, Xiao Luo, went above and beyond—she reached out before check-in to confirm details and checked in regularly during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. On checkout day, she even arranged a late departure without hassle, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff were thorough and attentive, leaving no corner untouched. Every team member we interacted with showed genuine warmth and professionalism. From start to finish, the service felt personal and caring. It’s a perfect choice for families or anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run hotel. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to others.

After New Year’s, I was upgraded to a lake-view room, which came with welcome fruit and a complimentary coffee voucher—such a thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was outstanding: diverse, fresh, and delicious. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, felt curated for comfort and convenience. If I ever return to Xiamen, this will be my first choice. A truly memorable experience with excellent value.

Check-in was a bit stressful at first, but the on-duty manager handled everything with great empathy and professionalism. After a calm conversation, the issue was resolved smoothly—and they even surprised me with afternoon tea, evening entertainment, and a bottle of wine. The next day’s airport transfer was excellent too; driver Andy was friendly, courteous, and helped carry my luggage without being asked. We had a pleasant chat throughout the ride. A few suggestions for improvement: the afternoon tea selection was limited, and the fruit—especially the watermelon—wasn’t very fresh. Dinner options were also quite narrow. The room stayed chilly despite running the heater all night—temperature barely reached 15°C, so adding a heating option would be helpful. Also, breakfast was missing some items, and they weren’t replenished promptly. That said, the overall experience was still positive. The staff responded quickly to feedback, and the views from the room were stunning—especially sunrise in the morning. One small disappointment: no capsule or instant coffee available, which is common even in budget hotels. Adding that would make the stay much more convenient for guests who rely on coffee.

This is an absolutely outstanding five-star hotel experience! The service was exceptional—staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional from check-in to check-out. Breakfast and dinner were both impressive: abundant, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The room view was breathtaking, with stunning city or garden scenery that made every moment feel special. What truly stood out was how well the little details were handled—everything from the welcome amenities to the quiet attention to comfort made the stay unforgettable. I especially want to highlight Assistant Manager Xiao Wu and Xiao Chen—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make guests feel valued. This hotel delivers on every level: location, comfort, dining, and hospitality. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be back.

Her professionalism and smooth handling of the process made everything quick and stress-free. But beyond just efficiency, she radiated kindness and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who combines such polished service with a welcoming personality. Molly truly made my stay feel special right from the start. If I ever return to this hotel, I’ll be hoping to see her again—she’s definitely a standout. We stayed at Pan Pacific Xiamen with our kids and booked the adorable Minion-themed room—so much fun! From the moment we walked in, everything was covered in cheerful yellow duck motifs. The front desk staff, especially Miss Huang Jinhua, was incredibly helpful—we asked if she could print out our child’s homework, and she did it right away without hesitation. The whole hotel exudes that classic old-money elegance, with thoughtful touches everywhere—from the decor to the service. It’s clear they care about every guest experience. It feels like a quiet retreat in the middle of nature, with breathtaking night lighting that adds such a magical touch—definitely reminiscent of a Beverly Hills estate but even more peaceful. The villa section offers excellent privacy; guests enter via shuttle and need a code to access the area, which gives a real sense of exclusivity. Room cleanliness was top-notch—the housekeeping staff were attentive and greeted us warmly upon arrival, and any requests were handled promptly and kindly. The lounge afternoon tea setup is stunning, and despite being fully booked during the holiday period and having limited staff, the team still managed to seat us comfortably and deliver coffee without delay—truly commendable effort under pressure. Breakfast was a highlight too, especially the pancake station where the server was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s clear the hotel values long-term employees—many have been with them for nearly a decade, reflecting a caring, stable work culture. A heartfelt thank you to the blue-uniformed lady with her ponytail at reception for her detailed briefing, the tall, smooth-voiced manager who quickly addressed our needs, the entire lounge team who worked hard despite tight staffing, and the glasses-wearing driver who brought us to the villa zone—he drove flawlessly and even gave us a mini tour while sharing fun facts about the area. This was my second stay at a property under the King & Prince brand, and it lived up to expectations once again. The location is excellent—easy access by subway or taxi, and free parking is a major plus for travelers driving in. The lobby offers complimentary tea and a welcome candy, small touches that make a big difference. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed—especially great for business travelers. There's an on-site self-service gym, laundry room, and a cozy lounge area with freshly brewed coffee. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and staff member Xiao Zou went above and beyond with warm, attentive service. Overall, this two-day stay was exceptional—well worth the visit and highly recommended.
