The front desk team went above and beyond by gifting our elderly parents a pair of herbal massage mallets, which they loved so much they asked for another the next day. When one of our parents wasn’t feeling well, the team kindly allowed us to take breakfast back to the room—such thoughtful flexibility. Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s definitely a must-visit spot. The fitness center is top-notch, equipped with modern machines, plus there’s a sauna, table tennis, and even snooker—a fantastic bonus for relaxation and fun. We traveled with our parents in their 80s, and the staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout. The option to request an extra bed made the space even more comfortable for family travel. Our room was spacious and fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine—perfect for longer stays. We’ve stayed here before and this visit only confirmed why we keep coming back. The lobby area offers free hot towels, tea, coffee, and light pastries, making it a cozy spot to unwind. I especially appreciated the late-night noodle service—delicious and satisfying after a long day. The room itself was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with all amenities well-maintained. I loved the variety of two different flavored coffee pods, and the bathrobe came as a full two-piece set, neatly stored in a protective cover inside the closet—really shows attention to cleanliness and detail. Breakfast was outstanding: abundant, fresh, and delicious. I did laundry during my stay, left a note with a smiley face, and the next morning, my clothes were already perfectly dried and returned—such a nice personal touch! The 24-hour convenience store is a game-changer—just scan the code in your room and snacks or essentials are delivered straight to your door. It’s so convenient, especially late at night. I upgraded to the Qingwu Wabi-Sabi room, and it was worth every penny. The ambiance is serene, minimalist, and beautifully designed. At just ¥66 extra, this upgrade was absolutely worth it. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
