But as soon as we stepped through the hotel’s revolving doors, everything changed. The subtle ambient scent in the lobby instantly refreshed me, even after feeling slightly queasy from the trip. The doorman’s warm welcome and the front desk staff’s attentive service made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious with excellent heating, and both the living and bedroom TVs supported screen mirroring. The capsule coffee was rich and delicious, perfect for a relaxing evening. After soaking in the bathtub while watching TV, I headed up to the 5th floor gym—clean facilities, a well-maintained pool, and even a massage tub in the changing area. The hotel is walking distance to Yonghui Supermarket and Kaidi Plaza, making shopping incredibly convenient. Best of all? Food delivery arrives via robot—so futuristic and efficient! I’ve stayed at this Atour property many times before, and the service has always been excellent—but this visit gave me a truly unforgettable experience. I had driven out for a quick errand and returned to find myself unexpectedly trapped in my car as sudden heavy rain poured down. With no umbrella inside and the storm showing no sign of letting up, I figured I’d wait it out. But the rain only worsened. Just when I was wondering if it would ever stop, a staff member from the front desk appeared beside my car, holding an umbrella, asking if I’d like to come inside. I was stunned—how did she know I was here? She explained she noticed my headlights were on and assumed someone was inside. As she guided me through the rain, she kept tilting the umbrella toward me, shielding me completely. By the time we reached the lobby, her back was soaked. That moment of quiet dedication brought tears to my eyes. Moments after checking in, a staff member knocked on my door with a thoughtful meal—no joke, I hadn’t even mentioned being hungry! But somehow, they heard me say, “I haven’t eaten yet,” and remembered. Small gestures, big impact. When I checked out, I asked about the kind woman who helped me—I learned her name was Zhao Xiaonian, and the one who delivered the meal was Xiao Nan. Their care and attention to detail are exceptional. This is why I’ll keep choosing Atour again and again. The facilities, the warmth, the genuine hospitality—it’s all top-tier. Of course, I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to Xi'an University of Electronic Technology, even though it’s located within the campus residential area and finding it wasn’t super easy at first. But the free parking made up for it—no extra cost, just peace of mind. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're visiting the university or nearby areas. Great value, clean, convenient, and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again.
