Linjie, the staff member we interacted with, was incredibly warm and helpful—she gave us great recommendations for local eateries and made our experience even better. When we noticed a small issue with our first room, the front desk team handled it instantly by upgrading us to a new one with no hassle. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short, pleasant stroll to Jimei University Town. We spent our days wandering through the streets, exploring shops, and enjoying delicious local food without rushing. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

C&D Hotel Xiamen

This was my second stay at this hotel, and the experience was just as excellent as the first time. During New Year's period, the hotel was lively with plenty of family-friendly activities that kept the kids entertained. The guest manager, Xiao Luo, went above and beyond—she reached out before check-in to confirm details and checked in regularly during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. On checkout day, she even arranged a late departure without hassle, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff were thorough and attentive, leaving no corner untouched. Every team member we interacted with showed genuine warmth and professionalism. From start to finish, the service felt personal and caring. It’s a perfect choice for families or anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run hotel. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to others.
