The library opens 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily except national holidays. The cafe section extends service until 9:30 PM with live Rajasthani folk music on Fridays.

Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the complex. Password changes daily and is displayed at the reception desk. Note that video streaming is restricted in reading areas.

Non-flash photography is permitted in the main hall and courtyard, but prohibited in rare manuscript sections. Professional shoots require prior approval from the cultural heritage department.
