We stayed here as a family of five in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was huge—two spacious rooms with 1.8-meter beds, a generous living area, and even a laundry machine with a balcony for drying clothes. It felt more like a home than a hotel, which made our trip so much more comfortable and relaxed. We walked to Liede Station in just ten minutes to catch the metro, making our daily explorations around Zhujiang New Town super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been happier. The only minor note was a slight odor in the bathroom, but turning on the exhaust fan cleared it right away—no big deal at all. The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner were exceptional: fresh ingredients, elegant presentation, and the evening drinks were unlimited, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the menu was varied and the food tasted great—though I missed trying the dan dan noodles this time (will definitely go back for that!). When checking out, I requested a late checkout, and although they could only accommodate a short extension due to high occupancy, they made every effort to help. Overall, the experience was outstanding—from service to amenities, every detail felt special. This is luxury done right, and I’d happily return again.

The expansive sight instantly lifted our spirits. We’d specifically booked W Guangzhou for this trip because it coincided with the Guangzhou Marathon, and honestly, it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable—right next to Guangdong Museum, Guangzhou Library, and Huacheng Square, with both the marathon start/finish line and packet pickup just a short walk away. The hotel’s design is bold and futuristic, with a vibrant, energetic atmosphere in the lobby that’s perfect for those who love modern urban style. Rooms are sleek, well-equipped, and feature top-quality bedding—super comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Dinner at the buffet was impressive: wide variety, fresh ingredients, and consistently high quality. But what truly stood out was the service—especially Clinton at reception. He greeted us with a warm smile, handled check-in smoothly, upgraded our room without hesitation, packed breakfast for us to take to the marathon, and even extended our checkout time when we returned late after the race. That kind of thoughtful hospitality made all the difference. This stay was unforgettable—not just for the luxury or location, but for the genuine care shown by the team.
