No elevator, and I was on the second floor, but the staff were incredibly helpful with my large suitcase. The layout of the rooms felt a bit maze-like, which made navigation a little tricky at first. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, buffet-style with the option to order cooked breakfast. It was very reasonably priced and offered excellent value. Breakfast was outstanding—plentiful and delicious! We had two sausages, two eggs, black pudding, a hash brown, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, plus toast. The only slightly odd thing was that tea and coffee weren’t included in the breakfast and had to be paid extra. Still, considering everything else, the value for money was excellent.
