There are two bathrooms, but both are quite compact—one even has a step right above the toilet, which caused a guest to bump their head. Overall, it’s not a particularly clean or stylish stay, despite its good location. If you’re looking for something basic and budget-friendly with easy access to attractions, it might work. But if comfort and modern facilities matter, you’ll likely be disappointed.

The staff were incredibly helpful, all speaking fluent Chinese, which made communication easy and comfortable. Room rates are very reasonable, and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied. Plus, having a 7-Eleven right in the lobby is such a game-changer—grabbing snacks or drinks late at night is no hassle. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind. If you're visiting Jeju, I can't recommend this place enough—it’s a true gem.

Staying in the Premier Family Twin room at Hotel With Jeju was a great experience. The room is spacious and surprisingly large for a family stay, with a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. I did notice there's no bathtub, but since we were traveling with kids, it wasn't an issue. One thing to mention—during our December visit, there was no air conditioning, so we had to open the window for ventilation. However, the location more than makes up for it: walking distance to Heaven City, Emart, Lotte Mart, and Olive Young—all within 5–10 minutes. The 1616 room has only a door and no windows, which might be a concern for guests who prefer natural light or better airflow. Still, the overall value, convenience, and central location make this a top choice for families visiting Jeju. We’d definitely return.

The exterior looked a bit plain and left me a little disappointed at first, but once I stepped inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotlessly clean, and since it’s a private unit, there’s plenty of space—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently located near downtown Jeju City, making it easy to get around by subway. Great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Jeju.
